The room was clean, modern, and nicely designed. We were also given a room with a view, which was a plus! However, on our first night, we experienced an electrical issue in Room 1156. The lights kept turning on and off, and the power would suddenly go out and come back on. We reported the issue to the receptionist the following morning, and the staff were able to resolve it by transferring us to another room. We had no further problems after that. The hotel uses a self-check-in system, which was a little complicated at first because the staff had entered my name in a different format, making it difficult to locate my reservation. Fortunately, this was sorted out. On the other hand, the self-check-out process was incredibly smooth and took only about 10 seconds! Overall, the hotel is decent and worth considering. The room was clean, smelled fresh, and looked relatively new. Despite the minor inconveniences, we had a generally good experience and would recommend giving this hotel a try.

This was our first stop while travelling through Japan. Great location and considering it's Tokyo and the heart of Shinjuku, it was very easy to find. Staff was very friendly and the hotel had all the facilities you need. The room was small, but that's normal for Japan especially Tokyo. It was a very pleasant start to our holiday.

Booked this hotel on location and look of it. Got here and was totally disappointed once I got to the room. The photos for this room were not of this room that I got. Walking down the hallway when housekeeping was happening, there are half the rooms remodeled to what the picture looks like, and half of them are not. So how do you advertise and sell a product that does not match the picture that you posted online. Will not be staying at this hotel again. Honestly, my first bad experience from booking a hotel on a Agoda.
