    Staff has low regard for foreign customers. Very disrespectful and disappointing. There are many hotels choose from, I would not recommend this hotel in Tokyo until the staff changes their attitude. Contrary to may experience other hotels in Tokyo

    The location was a mistake. It ended our wonderful trip to Tokyo poorly. We had no idea its the sleazy part of Shinjuku. Staff was lovely & helpful but the hotel had a tired look , didn’t look or feel clean either. The bathroom had sewage smell even when we checked into the room. Sorry but its a hard no for us. Please research area carefully if you are interested in a quiet classy area.
