Es sieht genau so aus wie auf den Fotos. Für eine 6 köpfige Familie perfekt. Küche ausgestattet, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.
Eine Anleitung der Waschmaschine auf englisch wäre hilfreich.

Big enough to accommodate 6 to 8 guests but I would stick to 6 in my honest opinion. Super close to everything.

Location is 10/10 for dining and shopping, less than a 10 min walk to the heart of Shinjuku

The condo complex has a mix of residents, some seedy looking, many foreigners.. Open access to lobby.
No smart TV.
Noisy most nights until 0200 and early morning at 0500 - apt is right next to love hotels and host bars. Loud sirens at night from ambulances and police cars. Alot of car honking from small alleyways accommodating pedestrians and taxis.
Cleanliness could have been better - dusty bed frames, hair in tub, food stains in fridge, peeling and yellowing wallpaper, stained toilet, crumbs in kitchen, used cigarette butts on the balcony, etc.
Was not aware of needing to climb a flight of stairs to reach elevators - difficult with a baby and 5 & 6 year old children, stroller, suitcases, etc. Only 1 elevator to upper floors.
Only 1 key provided.
