Hotel Pasela Living Shinjuku

Breakfast was at another location across the street- It was good. There were several free items in the room- Ice cream, Soda, water. Location is excellent - walking distance to Shinjuku station

Everything was good

The location is very convenient, central in the city and many trains nearby. We loved the bathroom, sink, and shower each having their own separate door. The large bean bag in the room was a big hit with our kids, as was the freezer of ice cream and fridge of free drinks! This was my kids favorite hotel in Japan. My son loved the origami station in the lobby. Breakfast in the Pasela Living is simple but we mostly went to the neighboring hotel that had more extensive options. It was a good breakfast.

Virtual check in and only one hour per day of staff presence. We had to plan ahead to store luggage.

Very well located and wonderful room . They are very careful about the minimum detail!

Spacious and all the included amenities

We tried to run the jets on the bathtub and once we did, the jets had a weird smell coming out of it, making the whole bathroom smell. That was my only complaint about the property.
