Very beautiful, clean, and spacious. Conveniently located, with less than a ten-minute walk to the Okubo subway station, a small grocery store (Olympic), and convenience stores. The owner told us the check-in procedure several days beforehand, and was very responsive to messages (on the booking.com app); the owner was also flexible with the check-in time. The place was comfortable and well-supplied with dishes, towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent--everything we might need. We really enjoyed this place, and I highly recommend it.

A minor hiccup: one evening the WiFi didn't seem to work, but the owner had provided redundancy with four WiFi logins, and when I switched to a different login, the WiFi worked fine.

Great location. Tucked away in a quiet street with lots of shops and restaurants just round the corner. Close to train station. Convenience stores very close. Comfortable for our family of 5. Kitchen has everything you need. Clean and comfortable all round.

Kitchen / diner / sitting area is compact but it worked well for us.
