We booked and paid for 3 nights at your property, but unfortunately we had to leave after staying only one hour due to the following issues: The bed had a bad smell. There was no Wi-Fi available, even though it was advertised. The WC door could not be locked, which caused privacy concerns. Because of these problems, the accommodation did not meet basic standards, and we were unable to stay. We kindly request a full refund for the 3 nights that we paid for.

Appartamento ampio e comodo per 5 persone, posizione comoda al centro. Gli spazi interni ed esterni sarebbero molto belli se fossero tenuti meglio!
Molta polvere che ha causato tosse durante la prima notte. Qualche ragnatela in tutte le stanze. La mail che spiega come entrare, dove trovare le chiavi e come registrare i nomi ci è arrivata il terzo giorno (il quarto siamo ripartiti). Per entrare il primo giorno abbiamo chiamato il numero trovato in Booking , ci hanno dato il codice sbagliato quindi abbiamo richiamato e siamo riusciti ad avere il codice giusto (lingua parlata inglese e tedesco).
