Cute apartment Minimalist furnishings
No summer linen on the bed during a heatwave of three weeks. Winter duvet, old polyester bottom sheet. No top sheet. Cheap plastic mattress protector adding to the hot bed. Concierge did not address our concerns. Said they did not cater for ‘special needs’. Australians are used to heat, but this linen was totally inappropriate and not sufficient for rental paid.
Kitchen equipment was inadequate. No water jug, minimal glasses and cups were what one would expect in a student apartment.
Towels were cheap quality IKEA small towels. No hand towels.
Name of apartment does not appear anywhere on the building. Building has a different name, being a Residence. Confusing to know if one is in the right place. Having to walk 100m to get a key box off a bike rack is bizarre.
