Our family of seven adults (ages 28-80) had the most wonderful stay here - the flat was large, luxurious, and comfortable for everyone. The private elevator was wonderful. Everything from the kitchen to the beds was absolutely top tier. Location absolutely perfect - a quiet, upscale area, super convenient to two tube stations, Kensington Park, and museums. 10/10 loved this place!

Excellent location, spacious rooms, helpful service from the property manager who kindly provided us with early check in and late check out.

I really liked the location which is superb for tourism and the flat is very spacious and the lay out impressive.
If I have to be picky, because I must confess we were all very happy with the flat, the cleanliness could be improved somewhat as well as the showers.
