Loved the location , two separate rooms , nice bathroom , ability to do laundry . Lots of restaurants near by, grocery store and tube stop 5 minute walk. Will gladly stay there again

late check in but it seems to be the case in many places...

The property was clean and in a good location

Firstly, when we arrived the cleaner was still in the property. We did arrive 4 minutes early, however she didn't leave untill 5 minutes past our check in time. While the cleaning was mostly to a good standard, the apartment, mainly the bathroom, is in disrepair. The shower enclosure was clearly very old and the stainless steel was covered in scale and desperately needs replacing. The mirrored cabinets in the bathroom are chipped and flaking and look awful. The toilet is not secured properly to the wall and moves when sat on. If using the sofa bed as a bed, there is nowhere else to sit other than uncomfortable dining chairs and one other chair. In one of the bedrooms there were a sharp staple-like piece of metal sticking out the bed base, which I cut my foot on. Just lucky it wasn't one of the children. There is no lift directly from the ground floor, you have to walk the first flight of stairs, not easy with heavy luggage. The upstairs neighbours kept us and the children awake well past 11pm. Sounded like children running up and down endlessly. The the train passing is very loud also. Slept very poorly. Overall, I feel we paid well over the odds for the standard of this apartment
