Très bien placé, propre et facile d'accès. L'organisme était au petit soin et présent si nous avions un problème. Le logement est spacieux, nous étions 4 et nous ne nous marchions pas dessus.
Il faut être au courant que le métro est à côté et cause pas mal de bruit mais avec la fenêtre fermée, pas de problème. Le canapé lit est peu confortable si 2 adultes dorment dessus.

Fantastic location, beautiful neighborhood close to tube and restaurants, grocery stores, shops and museums
Minor issues only. Building door bangs very loudly when not held while closing, which most people in building seemed to forget to do. Bathroom sink is very shallow, water always spilt on the floor. You may hear noise from flats above and below, particularly steps above depending on tenants. Nothing too disruptive but it’s all that wasn’t perfect. Would love to return.

The location is fabulous. A less than five minute walk to Gloucester Road Tube Station, which is serviced by the Piccadilly, Circle and District lines. Close to museums, Albert Hall and Hyde Park, as well as Chelsea. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, well equipped and thought out. It seemed all was provided. The washing machine was great! (we have stayed in some places where the washer didn't work) The online pictures were really accurate too. It was reassuring to have three contact telephone numbers displayed clearly at the apartment.

Es war sehr zentral mit U-Bahn-Station, vielen Geschäften und Restaurants in der Nähe.
Sie haben uns zwei Nächte hintereinander das Wasser komplett abgestellt, was eine echte Katastrophe war, weil wir weder die Toilette spülen noch duschen oder uns die Zähne putzen konnten.
Wir riefen die Gästeservice-Managerin Christina an und schickten ihr auch ein Video. Danach wurde das Wasser zwar nachts nicht mehr abgestellt, der Wasserdruck in der Dusche war jedoch immer noch deutlich geringer als tagsüber.
Wir hatten Wohnung 6 im obersten Stockwerk und als der Aufzug einmal außer Betrieb war, mussten wir die Feuerleiter draußen hinuntergehen, da es im Gebäude im obersten Stockwerk keine Treppe gibt.
Der Aufzug fährt ohnehin erst ab der 2. Etage ab, das heißt, man muss die schweren Koffer zwei schmale Treppen mit jeweils 6-10 Stufen nach oben tragen.
Dieses Haus ist definitiv nicht für ältere Menschen und/oder Menschen mit Behinderungen geeignet.
