Great location. Lovely self contained room.
No air conditioning due to refurbishment. We were advised of this just prior to our stay. The hotel did supply a fan.

Good sized 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment, well located walking to museums etc and close to Gloucester Road Underground, hop on hop off bus, and various city bus routes. 24 hour desk.
Great to have a lift especially for luggage, but it's small, rated for just 3 people

Great location and fabulous staff. Daniel provides excellent customer service.
Airconditioning wasn’t working due to refurbishment however I was advised of this in advance and could have cancelled. However I still wanted to stay there as the location is very good and so are the staff.

Location is great- close to tube station- nice pubs and restaurants in the area. The rooms pretty big. Friendly staff at reception desk.
It’s outdated: the furniture needs an upgrade: curtains don’t close, bed is very uncomfortable and the sofa needs to be replaced. Also the isolation is poor: you can hear the neighbours talking which is annoying. Bring earplugs!
