The team were fantastic and went the extra mile for us. Can’t speak highly enough about them. Location is fantastic with tube station minutes away and 15 min walk to Royal Albert Hall. Room/suite was stunning.
It was in mid-refurbishment which ruined the aesthetics some what. The rooms had no usb ports at all. Assuming this is part of the upgrade.

Location is great- close to tube station- nice pubs and restaurants in the area. The rooms pretty big. Friendly staff at reception desk.
It’s outdated: the furniture needs an upgrade: curtains don’t close, bed is very uncomfortable and the sofa needs to be replaced. Also the isolation is poor: you can hear the neighbours talking which is annoying. Bring earplugs!
