Very well described on site. Great amenities for a work traveller, good parking, lovely studio flat.

I liked that it was totally separate, private and I could come and go without disturbing anyone. There was parking very close to the front door. The place was spotless. There was a well equipped kitchen, but I mostly relied on the microwave. It was nice to be able to eat in rather than rely on take away or restaurants.

I could have done with a desk to use as I was on a work trip and was on my computer a lot in the evenings. I found the place a little cold as the heating and the towel rail were on a timer. I could have asked the host about how to have them on for longer, but I was so tired at the end of the day I never remembered to. And it was during quite a cold snap as well.

Nice place, nice people but uncomfortable and cold for a winter stay

Location is great, very clean and tidy

Seating area for evening relaxing was inadequate and very uncomfortable. It was also very cold. We were advised not to put heating on overnight. So cold and uncomfortable we came home 2 days early

Great property and hosts.

The property was first rate as were the facilities, with a fridge, washing machine, microwave, hob, oven plenty of crockery and utensils.

The bed was too hard for me and no black out blinds so there was quite a lot of light in the room making it hard for me to sleep as I like pitch black. These are minor points though and in no way detract from the property.

Perfect bolt hole for our needs. Good to have parking & be in walking distance of the town. Well equipped.

Very clean and a very comfy bed.

Good parking - spotlessly clean. Very comfortable bed. Good sized fridge and freezer and good to have a washing machine and access to a washing line. Good parking and very nice host. Bury is a great place with lots to do and good cafes and restaurants and it is free and easy to park at night.

Too small to stay more than the odd night. Couldn’t unpack as no where to put anything. No teapot - huge coffee machine but no idea how to use it or what pods it took. Bathroom cramped. Probably ideal for a single person. It was not 10 mins into the town centre - we are good walkers and it took us 20 minutes to the cathedral and tourist spots.

The room was small but very accommodating. It is a contemporary style very bright and cheerful. The owners lived on the premises and were extremely friendly, helpful, anxious to make us feel welcome, answering all questions about the room.

Convenient for one night.

It was a cleverly thought out space, near to town.

The sofa bench was uncomfortable though I can see it’s a good fit for the space. The room was very cold. Had to put heating on again at 5am

A great find!

Communication was great with easy to follow check in details. The studio apartment was spotlessly clean, light, airy and felt quite spacious making a great first impression. The kitchen did look to be well equipped (we only stayed overnight) and the provided tea/coffee/milk was a nice touch. A comfy bed, a tv area with local info and lovely fluffy towels made for a really pleasant stay! We found the location to be ideal and the off road parking was a real bonus. We wouldn't hesitate to return!

A smooth and comfortable stay!

The accommodation was ready to go despite a very last minute booking and the host was proactive and helpful in assisting us access the place remotely. Parking off road, exceptionally clean, with everything you need for a nice shower. Kitchen well equipped although didn't use much since we only stopped overnight to go out in Bury. Quick walk into town as stated. All round a very smooth and comfortable experience, thank you!

Spotless and comfortable…every you needed was there …lovely host who made us most welcome…10 min walk to town centre and a good off road parking space

It’s winter and the heater seemed to be on a 30 min timer? and locked to 22 so it got real cold real Quick and freezing cold over night .

Definitely worth a stay, lovely studio flat.

- a pleasant and comfy studio flat - clean - has all the stuff you might need (iron, washing machine (no dryer but a washing line), a desk table, milk in the fridge, toaster, oven, good WiFi, etc. - Free parking

- nothing. Flat is round the side of the house at the back, so sort of share the back garden, but this wasn’t an issue as there is sufficient privacy and left alone by host (who had provided contact details via email if needed).

A real cosy corner

Excellent and helpful hostes

It would have been helpful to have printed guides for many of the facilities. The hob was unusual as it had a lock and the internet was troublesome both of which the hosts promptly sorted. Later we found the TV unusual and could not work it out so didn’t watch it and the shower function was not one we had encountered before so took a little time to work out. This seems a new unit so look like teething problems and this gives me the opportunity to give feedback to the hosts. For clients looking to book it shouldn’t put them off as the hosts are on site and so pleasant and willing to give instant help.
