We loved the house but for our purposes it was not within walking distance of town.We always used a taxi.It would be useful to state distance to town centre in advert

Great Location. Close to where we were working in town. Local Tesco express nearby. Good off street parking big enough for our van. We felt it was a lovely property and Good Value.

Another wonderful stay - fantastic house, excellent location and will absolutely stay again

The house is lovely, excellent facilities, comfy beds and the location is perfect. All essentials supplied (tea and coffee, towels, hairdryer etc) and the extras (dishwasher, fan, digital TV) make the property welcoming and comfortable. The hosts are very friendly, it's exceptionally clean and nicely decorated/lovely furnishings. There's a little bench outside with a trellis for privacy. So close to the centre but very quiet and peaceful street. My favourite place to stay in Bury St Edmunds by far.

I can only think of three tiny things that would improve it. A small shelf above the towel rack for toothbrushes etc, a small bin in bedroom and bigger cushions on the sofa!

A lovely house,..Comfortable furniture and 2 very comfortable beds.The House was spotless.Everything was provided for you to enjoy a few days away..Location was ideal, a short walk to the Apex,shops,and city centre.. Parking on driveway in front of house...The owners were helpful and quick to respond to any queries or concerns..

No outdoor garden space at the house but we were out most of the day so didn't need it.

Lovely place to stay in Bury

Cosy and clean two floors apparment. Everything was sparkling clean and confy. The area is residential so it's quiet and you can sleep very well without noisy. It's literally 10 min walk to the heart of Bury. One of the best option in town.

If one really wants to find a flaw, which is hard to find, I would personally add a second small mirror in the bathroom, front of the basin, to make shaving your beard easier.

Lovely house, good location meaning a very pleasant stay.

The property was clean and cozy. Good facilities and equipment. It was easy to find and instructions were clear. I had good communication with the owner and will hope to stay here again when I visit Bury next time.

Parking was excellent, host was very friendly and enquired whether everything was okay. House was lovely and clean. The only complaint was that for one night my cousin joined us and there was only seating for 2.

A fabulous stay in a great location.

The property was beautifully clean and tidy. The car parking in front was fantastic. The property owner enquired a few times through SMS about how we were going and if there was anything we needed, but he was not intrusive. Location, once we got our bearings proved to be perfect, we were walking distance to all the local attractions, and when we needed to get out of the town it was near enough to the out skirts to get to other places in the county. The property was so well presented, we could not help but respect it and leave it as we found it. well done Sam.

Maybe a better mattress on the double bed, but the one provided was OK.

We enjoyed our stay in Bury and the property was quite suitable for the two of us.

Clean, tidy, well decorated, comfortable, quiet location and able to walk into town centre reasonably easily.

Lack of a freezer or freezing compartment in fridge - not the end of the world but unexpected and could have been a problem if we had ordered frozen supplies to be delivered on arrival. Lack of a wardrobe/hanging space in main bedroom. (This might have been a problem if there had been someone staying in the second bedroom.) If three people were staying in the property, extra seating would have been preferable in lounge/dining area.

The close the property was located in was quiet. The town was easy to walk to. The T.V was easy to operate. It was clean & well-presented, with not too much clutter.

A lovely few days in a very lovely town, an excellent location. Would definitely visit again.

The property was the perfect size for us, one double bedroom, and one smaller one where the wardrobe was, and that was perfect as I always get up before my husband! The location was excellent, a little Tesco a few minutes walk away, and only a 10-15 walk into town. Parking was easy, two spaces at the property. We arrived early and were able to access the property which was great. There was an instruction folder for all the equipment at the property, thankfully we didn't need it as everything we used was simple to operate, and worked first time.

The property has a dishwasher, but as we generally only breakfast 'in' each day we wash up by hand, and a dish drainer would have been a nice addition.

Little Gem

The decor was gorgeous and the host had supplied much more than expected. One of the best accommodations we have stayed at. Tea, coffee and even some boiled sweets.

The only tiniest drawback a little far out from town centre but all the excellent points outweighed this.

Lovely modern little house. Guest info advised 5 mins walk to shop.. Google said 15 mins.

Quiet residential location. House was clean and modern. Travelling with child and didn't realise there was no bath but my own fault for not checking. Arrival easy with a keycode.

I found the pillows very hard. Open plan downstairs meant in early Nov it was a little cold whilst sitting in the evening, even with the heating on but that might just be me.

Nicely presented property convenient for town.

Clear instructions, everything needed was provided including some extras such as tea and coffee. Responsive host. Quiet location with local facilities. Easy walk into town. Good shower with plenty towels and toiletries provided.

For me the bed was a little uncomfortable and the bedding was a bit hot so I had trouble sleeping. (I often find this with mattress covers but also understand the need for them.)

Perfect Property

Lovely place to stay. Extremely clean, comfy beds, great bathroom and kitchen facilities. Parking is right outside and only a small step to enter so is good if you have mobility problems. Stairs are not too steep. The TV gives you free access to freeview, Netflix, Amazon Prime, BBC IPlayer etc. Handy information folder and poster. Situated in a quiet street with great access to the town centre as well as supermarkets, takeaways and small pubs. Owner is very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again!
