Location & presentation of the interior & facilities were great. Fab place for a weekend stay!
The neighbour was upset by us due to talking whilst on the bench outside - it made us not want to spend time in this area of the property.

Very clean, well equipped with necessary modcoms and cleaning aids, high standard accommodation.
A proper dining table would be a plus 😊 provision of larger bin bags would be nice.

Good location and away from main centre of town. But only a 15 minute stroll away from the town centre.

Clean, tidy, well decorated, comfortable, quiet location and able to walk into town centre reasonably easily.
Lack of a freezer or freezing compartment in fridge - not the end of the world but unexpected and could have been a problem if we had ordered frozen supplies to be delivered on arrival.
Lack of a wardrobe/hanging space in main bedroom. (This might have been a problem if there had been someone staying in the second bedroom.)
If three people were staying in the property, extra seating would have been preferable in lounge/dining area.
