Walkable to the hospital which has been purpose of my visits
Bed very comfortable
Lovely roll top bath with great view over the gardens and meadows
Huge fridge freezer

Outdoor space
Tesco express and a good pub very close
Place needs a bit of TLC , a bit of a freshen up and a good deep clean
Garden and patio area and roof terrace needs maintenance and some TLC
New cushions for the loungers
Some instructions on bin days : recycling would be helpful . I had to ask the very helpful neighbours

El lugar es amplio, tiene dos salas una cocina equipada y el dormitorio es amplio, igual que el baño es lindo y amplio.
Habiamos reservado para 4 personas y no teniamos sabanas ni toallas para dos personas pero lo solucionaron enseguida.

I liked the cosy feel in most rooms, and the roll-topped bath.
Lots of hot water, utensils, complimentary teas and coffee machine which were nice touches.
The location was close to center of Bury St. Edmunds.
Good amenities and facilities; i.e. cooker, fridge etc.
The road was very busy with a lot of traffic noise during the evening, although it wasn't an issue at night.
The bedroom did not have a curtain, only a voile, so we had to use a spare duvet to block out light; however, this was so old that the filling had just dropped to the bottom of the duvet!
The bed was very comfortable, but the bedding was just OK, thankfully it wasn't too cold, otherwise I think we would have felt chilly in bed.
Sofa in lounge not very comfortable.
