About this house rental
Thank you for Viewing. we just relisted this Property on VRBO in August 23 hence the lack of Reviews but it has a 4.8 out of 5 with over a hundred reviews on other major sites if you care to look. it's been family owned and operated as a vacation Rental for many Years treated with love and care, modern amenities and remoldels
Single floor beach home w modern day amenities. There are 2 patio areas From the second patio in back that leads two a single car port and alley entrance. Whole yard is in closed for dogs or kids. Front patio has bbq and dining space and hot cold out door shower perfect for after beach day. You can relax in evenings with twilight lit courtyard. Quick stroll to local restaurants and uptown village shopping. It will truly be hard to leave. Your time will go quick but you'll have memories of a lifetime.
Not new but taken care of with loving care. 2 bedroom, 2 bath, cozy beach cottage. Just 3 houses from beach In prime DelMar beach colony. Away from congestion off 101.Between the prime beach access of 20th and 21st on coast blvd. This is the quieter family section of beach. there is no major highway( 101) to cross. there are no stairs or cliffs to go down, like all of Solana Beach and most of Delmar! always ask. only 3 house back from the sand. 1 minute walk if that. The house is adorable, with nicely appointed furnishings. 2 remodeled stone bath rooms and kitchen. A couch in living room that pulls out to another dbl bed. & fold up roll away bed too. 2 car carport, 2 flatscreen tvs equipped with Roku for streaming

And i guarantee you this is the prime beach block in all of SanDiego. We built our dream home, across the street, because we feel so strongly about it. And have 2 other rentals all on this very block between 20th and 21st. Close to the delmar village,restaurants, and less than a minute 200ft to the sand...

There are boogie boards, beach towels, chairs, learning surfboards upon request and availability (we have 2 but 2 other rentals on the block) shampoo toiletries, condaments. Custom binder with all instructions and city guide to restaurants and attractions. Just bring your toothbrush and bathing suit)
We are dog friendly and so is DelMar but we have a non refundable $125 fee per dog pls no more than 2 or ask for permission to book more than 2 if using insta book first

This was a great location - so close to the beach. The place was well-stocked with towels and sheets and kitchen ware. We will stay here again when we are in San Diego.

Our favorite thing about our stay was the location. The beach is wonderful! We also loved having a porch area. The bed was nice and comfortable. The parking area really only fits one car when there is a car parked across the alley, and there was always one there. If you are good at parking in very tight spaces, you could maybe fit two, but you have to avoid the carport posts. We just parked one car on the street. Just follow the rules on the signs. The house was totally adequate for our needs. We had such a great trip!

Older house , fairly cramped . Really don’t need all the furniture . The location is pretty perfect . Could
Use some inexpensive updates to lessen the older house feel .
