The perfect location for walking to the beach, shops in town, fairgrounds/ Del Mar Racetrack, Powerhouse Park, and Sea Grove Park & Playground. A stroll to the restaurants on the beach! An easy walk to the public tennis courts and basketball courts.
This home has a private patio for morning coffee or grilling in the evening. Two bedrooms and one bath make a comfortable stay and a vacation that you will not forget.
Short drive south to San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, Sea World and Torrey Pines State Park.
Drive north to Legoland and Wild Animal Park.

Property as was described. Very clean and fully equipped. Perfect location, had A/C, good parking, etc. Property Manager and owners were great to deal with.

My dog & I stayed at this property for almost two months in Nov/Dec 2014. The location is spectacular for beach time, bike rides and good food. While some furnishings are a bit dated, it's everything you'd expect and more from a beach house with all needed amenities, a private patio and comfy beds. Very friendly and helpful owners & management!
