We've been here 2 years in a row and always have a great time! It's so nice to be 1 block off the best beach in So. California..the place is comfortable and has everything you need. Tracy is great who hosts the unit. He lives across the street so can help with anything you need. :D

Rental was as described and pictured. Perfect beach getaway, everything you need for a relaxing vacation one block from the beautiful del mar beach. Rental was well stocked with kitchen stuff (even sharp knives!), beach stuff and most everything else you would need. Highly reccomended.

Great duplex with private outdoor living space in the perfect location! Perfect place for my husband and I and our teenage son (the 2nd bedroom is large and has 2 full beds that could easily accommodate more people). The beach is literally 1/2 block away and great dining, like Jake's, is about 2 blocks. The Village of Del Mar is also an easy walk. The home is very neat and clean and well stocked with nice dinner ware, cooking utensils, and basic condiments. Tracy, the manager, lives nearby and is very helpful and friendly. Thanks for a great stay! We'll be back!

We spent a week here and loved it. We're a family of four and the size of the place was perfect for us. They have provided everything you need without overdoing it. It feels clean and organized and comfortable. And the location is amazing. We walked to the beach every day and loved watching the surfers come and go throughout the day. The walk up to Powerhouse Park is great, too, for kids. All in all, we loved staying here and plan to return.
