About this house rental
A charming French Normandy style cottage in an ideal location! This 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath rental is beautifully decorated and super cozy, with all the amenities you could ever want for a relaxing beach vacation.
Soak in the sun and spectacular ocean views from the wrap-around deck, living room and kitchen. The two bedrooms (one queen bed, one Cal-King) are located on the first floor along with two full bathrooms. Upstairs, you`ll find the gorgeous living area with a pull-out couch, kitchen, dining area, work space, half-bath and a large deck. The outdoor space has a peaceful garden, outdoor dining space, grill and citrus trees for your enjoyment! Additional amenities include heat and air conditioning, WIFI and cable, stackable washer/dryer, 4 parking spots in the driveway. There is also private access to the beach via a tunnel under the train tracks; and private walkway up to L’Auburge.
Check-in is virtual, as you`ll be provided with a digital Guest Portal and a personalized door code. Vacation Rentals by Aaron is a full-service property management company, and will be available 24-7 in case you need anything during your stay.
Incredible location just a short walk to the sand, Del Mar Plaza, and Del Mar Racetrack & Fairgrounds. You`ll find plenty of delicious restaurants and great shopping on nearby Camino Del Mar.
Pet Policy: We don`t allow cats in this property
Beach Equipment: despite the inclusion of snorkeling gear, we do not offer it at our rentals

-Absolutely no parties or gatherings are permitted at our properties--being overly disruptive to neighbors will result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation and forfeiture of any monies paid (including your refundable deposit).
- There is no smoking permitted at any of properties.
- Please treat our properties and, more importantly, our neighborhoods as you treat your own. Keep San Diego vacation rentals vibrant and thriving!

Beautiful property! This is the second time we have stayed here and we absolutely love it! Everything was perfectly cleaned, and the size of the home is just right for our family. The location is excellent to visit the Del Mar Beach and downtown Del Mar. We have fallen in love with this property and the Del Mar area.

This house is next to the train tracks. The trains run night and day and are very noisy
