About this house rental
Whether you are going to the beach or want a place while you find that right home in Del Mar this is your place. Just steps from the beach with some Ocean views from the main room windows.
Kitchen – supplied for you to cook indoors or bring everything outside to grill on the outdoor deck. The Outdoor deck and grill is dedicated to just your use
Parking – 2 spots, a big deal when you are in the heart of Del Mar.
Washer and dryer – yes, shared with downstairs
Outdoor shower – Two of them, one hot, one cold. No need to bring the beach in.
1) Bedroom – King-size bed with a connecting shower
2) Bedroom - Queen-size bed
3) Bedroom – two twin beds, one with a trundle to pull out if 3 are sleeping in the room. Beds can also be pulled together to make a King (see Pics for example)
Two bathrooms. One with a Shower and one with a tub and shower.
Beach gear– beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels, surfboards, wetsuits, boogie boards, and 3 beach cruisers (bikes).

We absolutely loved our stay here! The location couldn’t have been better—everything we needed was within easy reach. Our three teenage daughters especially enjoyed the freedom of being able to walk back and forth to the beach on their own.The provided beach chairs, towels, and umbrella were a fantastic touch and made our beach days so much more enjoyable. We also loved being just a short walk from great restaurants and an ice cream shop—perfect for quick outings.The smart TV, parking, and laundry facilities were all great bonuses that made our stay even more comfortable. My husband had an amazing time surfing right out front, while I loved going for runs along the beach. Even our dog had the best time with daily walks to the nearby dog beach.Check-in and check-out were both smooth and hassle-free. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Great location, with parking! Rooms were great for our family of 5. Beach access right down the road. The deck on top floor was great for hanging out and eating. Steven has plenty of boards to use. He was very helpful! We will stay here again!
