This single-level coastal retreat features a private balcony overlooking the Pacific, spacious interiors designed for comfort, and thoughtful accessibility upgrades including elevator access and step-free living. With its unbeatable location near Del Mar, La Jolla, and North County’s best beaches, Ocean Infinity delivers the perfect blend of relaxation, convenience, and true Southern California luxury.
**NOTE: Scaffolding will be in place starting in early May for a community roofing project. The work is expected to last a couple of weeks. If you have any questions about how this may affect your stay, please feel free to contact our office for more details.

• Walking distance to Cedros Avenue Design District, local beaches, restaurants & Del Mar Racetrack
• Easy access to the Solana Beach Train Station and nearby cities
• Short drive to iconic San Diego attractions like SeaWorld, the Zoo, Legoland & more

• Air conditioning is available in the main living space
• Pet Policy Notice: Prior approval is required- please call our office before arrival.
• Dogs allowed with prior approval (sorry, no cats)
• $500 refundable deposit + pet cleaning fee
• Pets permitted with 14-night minimum stay
• Community pet rules apply
• No smoking allowed anywhere on the property
• No BBQ grill on balcony, but community grill available near pool
