Exceptional communication with the hosts

The studio was spacious, clean and well equipped. The communication with the host was exceptional. We weren't sure how to open the roof windows at first. We got a video explaining everything in detail. We were very happy that the property had a secure private parking unlike many others.

We hoped for more storage space in the bathroom as the space around the sink was quite small for toiletries. The single bed was creaking at every turn so it was a bit uncomfortable to sleep.

Very good location to explore Szeged

Very quiet neighborhood, big apartment with extremely comfy and very big double beds. Private parking that can hold a big car or van, close to the city center. Very helpful and informative staff giving clear instructions on check-in and check-out.

Comfortable and pleasant stay at REZIDEX Home Kft

We stayed one night at REZIDEX Home Kft and were completely satisfied! The place was very clean, modern and comfortable, ideal for a rest after a day of exploring Szeged. The location is excellent, quiet but at the same time close to the city center and public transportation. There was easy parking, which was very convenient for us. The apartment was fully equipped, with a kitchen, nice bathroom and fast Wi-Fi. Everything was taken care of to perfection, with attention to detail. Although we only stayed one night, we would choose it again without a second thought for a longer stay in the future. We highly recommend it!

4 days in Szeged

The apartments are spacious, clean and well equipped. The owners are always available and promptly solve any issues.

We had 2 issues....the watter pressure was low probably due to fully booked house and we had fake fire alarm at night, but also owners came very quickly and solved the problem soon.

Spacious and very clean room for four of us. Quiet neighbourhood. Easy system to enter with a car and a big inside yard for parking. Helpful host. Have a proposal - there seem to be an opportunity to have a charging station for electric cars, maybe the host will think about the option for travellers with that kind of vehicles.

It was very clean and neat. They have a parking in the back garden, so the car is safe. The acces in the building and room was very easy through a code. We could stay with our dog I recommend this place to everyone

Super clean, fully equipped, modern design, comfortable beds, new furniture, parking, location, great staff.

Just a couple of small things, which are not of great importance: It would be good if there were shampoo and shower gel, at least for single use, so that guests who may not have brought it with them have it for the first day. A small shelf above the sink would also come in handy. The parking lot in the yard is dark, it would be good to install lighting.

A great place to stay

Everything was clean and looking really good. Also it’s really secure and automated, you don’t have to wait for check in and check out, which is super cool especially if you travel to long distances and you are looking for nice and comfortable place to stay. It’s good also for long vacation since it has everything what you need. The beds are comfortable and the shower is great, you feel like home ☺️. We would definitely stay again here and recommend it to our friends too.

Great!

The accommodation is great. The apartment is spacious, clean, tidy and very modern. The parking lot is large and fully fenced and secured. The host is very friendly and speaks excellent English. This is the accommodation we would recommend.

The only complaint would be that guests do not have the possibility to regulate the heating themselves in the winter. The accommodation was neither very cold nor very warm, but we would have liked to have been able to choose the temperature of the apartment ourselves.

We travelled with three kids and we really enjoyed staying here

It's a beautiful and very, very clean place, with its own large parking. Its 5 min simple car drive to the Szeged centre, or 20 min walk (with kids). The host was very kind and helpful. They even got printed recommendations for restaruant, cafes and bars.

PERFECT!

It was amazing! I highly recommend this apartment. We had been met by the super kind and polite receptionist. The apartment was clean, silent, and beautiful, with well-organised space and fresh furniture. It also has free private parking and, in addition, video observation around all public places in the apartments, including the parking zone. Really, it was one of the best apartments I have ever stayed in!

We liked the apartment. It was exactly like in the pictures. Everything was brand new. There were things like a microvawe, a toaster, a fridge and AC. The place was cery clean, beds comfortable and the bathroom was very nice. The inside parking is a bonus. The plus is a possibility od checking out at aby time you need.

Wspaniale miejsce wypadowe do zwiedzania Szeged

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja zeby zatrzymac sie i w podrozy sluzbowej jak i w podrozy prywatnej. Dobry przystanek w drodze do Czarnogory przez Serbie. Wygodne lozka nie za miekkie. Kuchnia wyposazona i patelnie nie sa zniszczone. Parking wewnetrzny. Bardzo dobry internet. Cieplo zima. 25 min spacerem do centrum.

Apartman u mirnom i tihom delu Segedina, moderan, nov, lepo opremljen, grejanje odlično. Sve je automatizovano i veoma lako za korišćenje.
