It was shirt stay but was like at home.

Enjoyable.

Handy location.

Owner would only accept cash for payment. Luckily I had enough, but could have been embarrassing. No information about this beforehand.

Lovely hosts, beautiful garden-unfortunately little else in favour of this property

The hosts were friendly and helpful. It was a short walk away from a restaurant and a very short drive to the city centre. The grounds are beautifully lush with ripe grapes on vines hanging over the parking area. There is a pool and a outdoor seating area.

The place is very dated and old fashioned. The bathroom was badly designed. The shower receives its water supply from the sink faucet meaning the same sink tap supplies water to the sink and the shower. Water leaked out from the shower hose onto the floor and out into the bedroom which made us have to use bath towels to mop up the mess. There were only very thin foam bath mats. The beds are very uncomfortable. The swimming pool had a shocking amount of chlorine in it which led to our children complaining that their eyes and skin were burning. We stayed on the top floor which was oppressively hot and when we asked for the remote to the the air conditioning unit we were told we would need to pay 10€ due to high energy costs which is understandable however all these things added together led to to our feeling that we overpaid. The amount of money being asked for to stay at this property is absolutely unjustifiable.

Good place to stay

Property has nice parking, pool and place to chill outside. It is in quiet neighborhood so its calm. Room was good with private bathroom.

The staff were friendly and helpful even though their English isn’t great (nor is my Hungarian or German) we could have a discussion as to why the hotel works the way it does.

The place only excepts cash, this needs to be made evident when booking. The reason for this makes a lot of sense, it should just be evident at the booking process.

The closed garden area was okay but this place is not a 55 euro pension but a 20 euro hostel.

The fact that i was charged 10 euro on top of the prize just to have aircon despite the fact that the room description says that's included, was over my top giving a total prize of a small room at 65 euro - exclusive breakfast!!!! They only take cash and gives no recipe. They only speak Hungarian and all signs are in Hungarian. It is not for foreign tourist...

Very expensive, and not worth the money.

Private secure parking in a very quiet area.

The property looks very appealing on first sight, unfortunately the accommodation was not what we expected for the price we paid. The mattresses on the bed were just pieces of foam, the plumbing in the bathroom was something a five year old would do, the toilet leaked when it was flushed, and unfortunately the other guests in the hotel stayed up all night with music playing and doors banging all night, no where near what we would expect for the price we paid. Very expensive and not worth the money.

Perfect place for a overnight in Szeged or even for a longer stay

It is a very comfortable family owned guesthouse, really clean and cosy, with safe parking spots in the yard. Found 1 excellent restaurant just in 3 minutes walk. Nice residential area. Room was clean and decent size. Loved staying here.

Clean and decent, close to the center. Free parking, good wifi, nice owner.

Everything was good except the heating. We felt cold sometimes and humidity was high, so clothes were not able to dry, since we were there in early January.

Weekend in Szeged

The fireplace was very nice. The owner was nice and helpfull. The location was not too far from our destination purpose.

In the morning in the room was quit cold. Although we have received from the owner a small heater it was too noisy to keep it running all night long.

Привіт всім! Я рахую, нам пощастило знайти пана Льюіса і пані Марікі отель біля 9 вечора, коли темно, дощ і розчарування від 2х годин на кордоні, який ми так і не пройшли. Отже терміново шукали де переночувати. О Боже! О 21:00 я позвонила в калітку і НАМ ВІДЧИНИЛИ! Це круто- бо мали досвід геть інший, коли і англійською не розмовляли, і після 21 взагалі не відчиняли. В Угорщині двічі мали негативний досвід. А тут комфорт в комунікації сходу. Дуже привітні господарі. Все чистенько всюди. Пахне. Квіточки, скатерки. Я люблю натуральні тканини і постільна білизна в отелі класна. Відчуття тутботи про постояльців відчувається і в чистоті номерів. В номері у нас були стіл, 4 стільця, холодильник, шафа, дуже зручні кроваті і подушки. О 4 ранку нас розбудив хор півнів і це було дуже по- домашньому)). Тиша за вікнами. Моя нервова система гарно перезавантажилась після наших повітряних тривог і важкої дороги з 6 дітьми. Доречі, на 1 поверсі є чудова столова-кухня, де ми зробили собі сніданок і поснідали за великим столом. Весь посуд, чай і кава були. Парковка у дворі на 9 машин. Супер зручно. Шикарна територія з басейном і шезлонгами для відпочинку. Садиба неймовірно красива і затишна для відпочинку як на короткий, так і тривалий час. Раджу! Нам з дітьми всім все сподобалось. Повертатимемось знов сюди обов'язково!

Єдине що було незручно- це душ, який перемикався на раковині, але сантехніка вся працювала гарно і сухо, чисто в сан.вузлі. І ковдра затепла як для літа. Можна було і достати її але ми так втомилися, що спали розкритими.

Apartman u mirnom kraju, sa prostranim parkingom i lepom baštom

Vlasnici objekta su vrlo uslužni domaćini i daće vam predloge šta možete da vidite u Segedinu, gde da jedete i snabdevate se. Osim mađarskog, solidno znaju i nemački jezik, pa možete da se sporazumete sa njima. Velika prednost je što objekat ima prostrano dvorište sa parkingom, pa vam je vozilo na sigurnom. Takođe, ima baštu sa bazenom, pa gosti mogu i tu da se odmaraju.

Možda bi vodokotlić u kupatilu mogao da bude savremeniji, sa boljim rešenjem za puštanje vode.
