Very comfortable and cozy. The room was warm, with underfloor heating, plus air conditioning if desired. All of the staff are very kind, smiling and responsive. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious I recommend this hotel! It is also convenient for people passing through,

Great value

Good sized room , large bed , very comfortable bed very clean, fridge, kettle, decor lovely, we didn't have breakfast so can't comment on that , will deffo stay again 😊

For those who like killing mosquitoes during all night safari

Beds were good. Breakfast was ok.

The main issue were the tons of insects and mosquitoes inside and outside of our room. The main problem was that the light outside the door was up all night and it became a favorite place for all kind of night insects. The moment you open the door they all get inside. And since the curtains do not cover the window fully, and the light kept turning off for a second and turning on during all night, it was very disturbing.

All in all, a recommendation for the hotel.

Pleasant communication with the staff. The hotel is right next to the zoo, and it's very easy to get from the hotel to the city center. The food (breakfast) is excellent.

The air conditioning in the rooms wasn't working properly. It wasn't possible to adjust the heating.

Új építésű, modern kis szoba. Kényelmes ágy. Fejenként 1-1 adag bekészített tea és kávé. Melegítési lehetőség a közös térben. Zárt, ingyenes parkoló. Reggeli lehetősége.

A sötétítőfüggöny kicsit messze van az üvegfelülettől ezért nem 100%-osan takar. Az ablak a külső folyosóra néz, ahol ottlétünkkor a mozgásérzékelős lámpa egész este magától bekapcsolt. (Jeleztük, megköszönték és ígérték, hogy javítják.)

Πολύ ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό.Μας κάλεσαν να ρωτήσουν αν θα φτάσουμε αργά και μήπως χρειαστεί να μας στείλουν κοδικό για να ανοίξουμε το δωμάτιο διότι η υποδοχή κλείνει 19:00.Πεντακάθαρο καινούριο δωμάτιο, άνετα κρεβάτια, ζεστό περιβάλλον. Μείναμε μόνο ένα βράδυ αλλά θα έμενα άνετα και παραπάνω νύχτες.

Kedves fogadtatás. Nyugodt környezet. Tiszta felszerelt szoba.

A környékről minden jólelérhető és ott van mellette az a hatalmas állatkert. Teljesen jó.

Hidegévszakban nem tudtuk a szoba hőmérsékletét lejjebb vinni 24.5 foknál. Van akinek alváskor a 20 a jó. De nem baj. Szellőztettünk.

Ár-érték arányban remek szálloda, kedves és problémamegoldó személyzet. Egyszerű, de nagyon tiszta szoba- mindent rendben találtunk!A reggeli választék megfelelő volt, gyors és segítőkész kiszolgálással.

Talán túl vékonyak a falak a szomszédokhoz, szinte minden áthallatszik - zsúfolt turista szezonban bosszantó lehet. Az ágy mellé egy-egy kicsi éjjeliszekrény vagy polc javítaná a kényelmet.

Чисті та зручні номери, все відповідає дійсності, готель розташований біля зоопарка. Недалеко до кордону з Сербією. Сніданок- швецький стіл, їжі достатьньо та смачно. Бронював без сніданку, в готелі можна сніданок докупити. Привітний персонал.

Odradzam przyjazd do hotelu po godzinach pracy recepcji

Śniadanie. Pokój. Miła obsługa w restauracji. Prywatny bezpłatny parking.

Przyjazd (sygnalizowany) po godz. 19.00 spowodował brak możliwosci dostania się do pokoju. Organizacja fatalna. Gość hotelowy pozostawiony samemu sobie. Telefonu kontaktowego do zarządzajacego hotelem nikt nie odbiera. Tylko dzięki wspaniałej postawie Pani z obsługi restauracji która wychodziła juz do domu udało sie zanocować w obiekcie. Pani wykonała kilka telefonów i udało się uzyskać nocleg (wcześniej opłacony). Pokój co prawda nie na parterze (nasze życzenie potwierdzone przez hotel) ale był. zapomnijcie i wi-fi - predkość 0,1Mb/s uniemożliwia przegladanie Internetu nie mówiąc o streamingu.
