Lovely stay at the heart of town

As central as it gets, built to be a hotel in the 19th century. Cool vibe but understandably a little tired. Off street parking available for a small fee.

Just needs a bit of an upgrade and better coffee at breakfast.

This could be a beautiful hotel if it were properly maintained. I think it would be fine as a workers' hostel...

After we arrived, we found out that the heating wasn't working. The staff are very friendly, but the cleaners don't really do a good job. I don't want to hurt their feelings, but if they don't use the vacuum cleaner, it's hard to feel comfortable!

the building is stunning, historical, old beautiful architecture and interior design. it is like walking into a museum or old mansion. the location is very close to the old center and dom ter.

although very beautiful, the property is very poorly maintained. you can see the signs of time everywhere, from the walls to the old furniture and carpets. cleaning was not good at all, very dusty and the bathrooms weren’t properly sanitized. the beds are not comfortable. the breakfast was not great, but not terrible either.

Superb location

It is an old style hotel, very clean and cozy. The beds are comfortable. The location in the city center is excellent and the parking is perfect and connected to the hotel.

The size of the bathroom might not be appropriate for tall and more corpulent persons

Great location, very clean with good breakfast

This hotel is in a very good location, near the major sights of Szeged. The hotel is very close to the river, faces the wonderful town park and near good cafes. The hotel is very clean. The staff is wonderfully helpful and kind. My room was spotless and comfortable. The wifi is excellent. Breakfast was very good, many choices and fresh.

It would be nice if the bar was open to relax with a drink.

Location is perfect; close to the city center. You can reach also easily to the train station by tram. Old historical hotel but the room is clean. Breakfast is good.

Everything is comfy, clear and nice. Breakfast is good in a nice place, almost perfect, except the coffee and it’s been a little early.

Make good coffee please. Bad coffee ruins the day and make the guest angry.

The room was big enough, clean. The bed was comfortable.

Breakfast was very poor. Starting with the fact that I paid more price than Booking was saying, in the morning the lady from the restaurant where we supposed to eat breakfast was soooo unfriendly with my and my fiance! At 7 in the morning there was nobody for breakfast only us, and she was so unfriendly with us. She was a racist because my and my fiance speack in English, (we are mixed couple german & romanian). She was trowing stuff at us and talking bad about us in her language looking bad at us. It is not acceptable in 2023 this behavior!!! Do not come here is you are from other contries!!!

The batrooms were too small and uncomfortable. Although the booking review indicated free parking, there was no such thing within hotel area.

It is located in the city center

the food is bad, extremely cheap and bad, it very, amd I mean VERY cold in the room, we added an extra blanket but still cold. we asked the staff about turning on the heat but they said that it is on. the shower didnt quite work, if you wake up at 6AM you barely get some flow, but after 7 you cant even get the shampoo out of your hair.
