The apartment we booked was situated at the second floor, no elevator. It had big rooms, clean and it's near the Aqua Park.
Pay attention that the location has no stove. The parking is private in an inner yard but you have to pay extra money for it

Large room with a balcony and nice hot shower.
The noise isolation is poor, or the walls are thin, so you could hear the neighbours from the staircase.
