Booked for my sister and brother in law and dog for surprise they loved the site. Woodland walks for dog and lovely caravan

Lovely site, nice and quiet with well.kept grounds. The lodge was nice and very clean with lovely comfortable and warm bedding. We had a very relaxing stay and appreciated the quiet pretty site.
It was lacking basic ameneties which made cooking and preparing meals challenging. There was also no anti bacterial spray etc for cleaning down surfaces. When we arrived, the decking was completely frozen and was extremely slippy. My mother is disabled, due to the icy decking and darkness, she slipped several times as we all did. Given the temperatures, it should have perhaps been salted prior to arrival to avoid any potential falls.
