The cottage was in an excellent location - easy to get to everything that Northumberland has to offer. Was surprised to find there was a 2nd full bathroom as I couldn't recall that being in the advert - a bonus when everyone is trying to get ready in the mornings. The local cafe/bakery & corner shop (its like a tardis - it has everything) were lovely. All in all a lovely cottage that I would highly recommend.

The location is excellent. Easy to travel the area. People in the village welcoming and friendly.
Cottage in need of some ref urbishment. Lounge area very basic. Kitchen poorly equiped for self catering. Wine cooler and ice maker but no freezer. Very litte in the way of cooking utensils. The lighting was also poor, made the kichen quite gloomy. The outside space overgrown and neglected.
