Location is convenient, value for money, clean and comfortable. Easy to message the host. There is a binder with the accommodation information and tourist attractions information of the surrounding area.

The caravan has everything we needed and was well equipped TV / WiFi / patio set all much appreciated
The site itself is handy for the A1 north/south
It was a last minute holiday and it was ideal for our need for a base to use
Golf course is fine for amateur golfers wanting a round - no problem at all.
For more serious players the fairways/ greens are not to the level of a private golf club
We don't play golf anyway so no issue but wanted to address other comments
The weather came very hot so the use of a parasol would have been great / or to mention none available then we could bring one.
The site is looking tired in places for example the tennis courts and waste bin areas.

Located in a holiday home park close to a golf course, this unit was exceptionally well furnished and equiped with everything you need for a stay away. It was surprisingly roomy and in a quiet spot, one side the lot was empty and the other unoccupied.

We loved our stay,not long enough,slept really well,good clean chalet,just one negative hoover filter need cleaning was smelly x
