Immaculately clean and well thought out with clear instructions from booking on where to find the location on the site, a welcome basket with a few essentials in and a folder with tips and ideas for local restaurants shops and tourist attractions. Beds were comfy and the site is peaceful with easy access to local spots eg Alnwick 15 mins drive, amble 25 mins, bamburgh 25 mins etc
Nothing to dislike - Netflix, Alexa, every pot and pan you might need. Our only suggestion would be a second comfy chair added (love the spinning one!) so four adults can sit comfortably in the lounge (sofa was a bit of a squeeze for three adults) but we used the kitchen/patio chairs.
