The property was exactly as described and we got everything we expected. The house was well equipped, clean and comfortable. We walked to the centre of Calais each day and then onwards to the beach.
There is parking outside and a supermarket less than 5 minutes away. The port and train station are easily accessible. Great value Highly recommended

Wir waren etwas früher als geplant da, war aber kein Problem, wir konnten nach wenigen Minuten das Ferienhaus betreten.

Excellent location with plenty of parking, great host, lovely and clean and the key box entry meant we were able to arrive in the early hours of the morning.
The stairs to the second double bedroom are very steep which could be dangerous for young children, a baby gate at the bottom of the stairs would have made it feel much safer.

It was great to be able to check in early and very helpful information before the visit from Valerie the host
It was quite convenient for the ferry, about a 12 minute drive..
It was a bit noisy on the road a couple of noisy cars and neighbours.
Not easy to park in the street, but Aldi had a good carpark next door.
