Bed was comfy.

Almost everything else. Flat had no opening windows and was stifling. "Bathroom" housed in a small conservatory annex was smelly as there were outflow drainage pipes running through it to the underground sewer, shower had no hook to place the shower head, you had to hold it to shower. Outside parking was non existent as parking was used by other residents. A simple family house converted into 4 "studios" Best avoided!

Not worth the price

Location close to store and not too far from train station

Kitchen pots pans and cutlery were dirty, room smelled like fish, bathroom smelled moldy and ventilation looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years, the slatted base of the bed was broken and I fell through the bed just by sitting down on it, small repairs needed, promised facilities (washing machine) were not available

Without warning cancelled as we were arriving.

They cancelled our booking the day we were arriving, stating technical error. They have kept our money and we are trying to get it back. No help in finding alternative accomodation. No way of contacting them. No phone or email. Everything done through booking.com who have no phone or email either. Disgusting treatment.

Small stuffy rooms, very loud so no rest whatsoever.

Not much really, clear instructions to get in.

Very stuffy/hot - no air as no window and was not even given a fan! Shower head has no holder. Upstairs toilet and shower systems comes through our bathroom which is pretty much open plan and no walls separating on the ceiling so when people above arrived at 12.30am and both people had half an hour showers it sounded like they were in our room! And when their toilets flushed it was such a loud sound in our bedroom! Very loud and no sound insulation or door seals, the gaps are huge so when people use the hallway it’s as though they were there in our room and it was so loud.

Perfectly fine and very reasonable for overnight

We had a 7-hour journey from Alsace before Le Shuttle early the next morning, so we decided to stay in Calais to break up the onward journey. The room was 10 minutes from the departure point, so it was very convenient. It was a small but perfectly fine room, for the incredibly reasonable price.

The outside isn't particularly welcoming upon arrival, but once inside it's fine. It was a little confusing as we weren't given a code to get in and had to call the owner to clarify.

Location to the Chanel tunnel, Had cooking facilities

The room had not been cleaned ,it was covered in dust and hairs, the kitchen utensils were dirty and the wine glasses which were out on display had clearly been used and rinsed ,left wet with greasy finger prints! It was probably due to the tatty worn green washing up sponger and no T- Towel to be able to dry up. No soap in the vanity sink dispenser , dirty foot mat in the bathroom and the hand written WIFI code was unreadable, surely it would benefit everyone if it was typed !

A bumpy start for this host

The location was convenient. The bed was comfortable.

There were a number of small issues which the host was very slow to reply to. We could not find the modem for the Wi-Fi and there was no reply until 11pm. The space is pretty small - but ok for the money. In the morning we found ourselves locked IN 🥲

La chambre 3 est petite mais fonctionnelle, parfaite pour un court séjour. La décoration est simple et agréable, avec un mobilier adapté. L’ensemble est propre et bien entretenu, ce qui rend le séjour confortable. Les magasins proche et ouvert tard le soir. Le propriétaire disponible et répond rapidement

Les oreillers sont un peu fins et les escaliers sont étroits, ce qui peut rendre l’accès moins pratique, mais l’ensemble reste correct.

Esperienza pessima

Purtroppo nulla, la camera non era terribile, ma non era stata pulita, aveva asciugamani e lenzuola sporche. Ho contattato la proprietaria che mi ha detto che non sarebbe arrivata prima dell'indomani, di cambiare la biancheria da noi, ma non c'era nel ripostiglio che ci ha indicato nessun lenzuolo o asciugamano pulito, erano tutti sporchi accatastati sopra una lavatrice che non si vedeva nemmeno. Al che la proprietaria ci ha detto di lavarle, ma a quel punto ho cercato un altro alloggio. Dopo varie promesse di risarcimento non ho ricevuto nulla, tranne in buono da booking di meno della metà della cifra .

Unterkunft nur 8 min mit dem Auto vom Tunnel-Zug entfernt , daher ideal für Durchreisende.

Problemloser Schlüsselsafe bei EINGANG. Ganz neues Bad/WC. Kleine Kochecke, großer Kühlschrank, 1 kleiner Tisch mit 2 Sesseln (alles in einem kleinen Raum, aber zweckmäßig). Vermieter hat uns nett begrüßt. Großes Fenster. Föhn & Seife im Badezimmer! Tipp: bei schwerem Gepäck nach einem Zimmer im Erdgeschoß fragen.

Gegend sieht etwas runtergekommen aus. Die enge Wendeltreppe in den 1.Stock ist mit schwerem Koffer oder Kühltasche eine Herausforderung (siehe Foto). Zimmer eher klein.

Es liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße, nicht weit weg vom Strand. Einen Parkplatz haben wir direkt vor der Haustür gefunden

Das Appartment ist sehr klein, wir hatten eins im oberen Stockwerk und echt Probleme, unseren Koffer die schmale Treppe herauf zu befördern. Für eine Nacht aber ok.

Le manque de propreté général Sol pas balaye Lit non refait oreiller mis a l arrache Poubelle non vidée Miroir salle de bains sale L annonce parle d un parking à proximité , celui ci est juste les trottoirs. De la rue où il y a très peu de place dispo Insonorisation inexistante (on a l impression de vivre avec les voisins) Fenêtre de l étage donne directement sur la véranda ou se trouve la douche et les toilettes ... Pas très intime Télé fixe au mur opposé et perpendiculaire au lit , on a du bouger le lit pr regarder la télé Matelas de mauvaise qualité ou on ressentait les ressorts Ça nous a mis les nerfs à vif et avons très mal dormi Très mauvaise expérience

Chose à revoir

Le logement était propre et lumineux par contre aucune fenêtre ne donnant sur l'extérieur nous nous sommes sentis étouffer J'ai du par quatre fois de suite téléphoner pour avoir le vrai code d'accès le numéro de la boîte où se trouvait la clé les quatre fois rien ne m'a été précisé c'est vraiment très dommage de ne pas réussir à communiquer avec les clients L'endroit est plutôt bruyant mais pour un rapport qualité prix raisonnable

C’étais sale pour pas dire degueulasse, toilettes non nettoyé, douche et lavabo avec des poils, vaisselle sale, poubelle non vidée, drap plein de cheveux et de poils, le nettoyage n’a pas été fait avant mon arrivée

plusieurs locations et certains indélicats s'approprient plusieurs clés d'accès immeuble. Obligée de faire du porte à porte et de s'organiser pour pouvoir accéder ensuite au logement. Cependant non du au bailleur mais aux utilisateurs. Numéroter les clés par rapport aux appartements, apporter une information supplémentaire sur le nombre de clés?... Fixation de l'abattant toilettes à revoir.
