This apartment is great. Two decent sized bedrooms. Tastefully decorated and comfortable. On street parking but easy enough to get a space. A good choice for the single night stay like ours.

Great position edge of Calais near Motorway and Eurotunnel. Code entry excellent for late arrivals like us. Beds comfortable. Felt cool inside.

We’d booked as a 5 but the sofabed wasn’t made up and there wasn’t even any spare bedding for us to do it ourselves.

Overall was a decent plane with good facilities

We got sent a code which was wrong. Tried calling the number many times with no answer. Got a WhatsApp message shortly after with the correct code

Parking was difficult as very busy area for parking. I'm disabled so struggled. Also the steps going up weren't great for disabled person. Very dusty inside, we got bitten by insects, maybe mosquitos. Overall good

The property is bright and clean

The pillows on the are awful so take your own. Everything was fine until we left and got accused of stealing toilet roll and breaking a coffee machine which is absolutely not true, so be prepared for false accusations. We left the toilet roll under the sink in the bathroom and we used the coffee machine everyday, even until the moment we departed. i also had to wait in the car with a screaming baby for the key code into the apartment, i was not happy about this as it should have been sent before my arrival! i'm not one for writing bad reviews and i was prepared to let it go but due to the false accusations, it has forced my hand

Do not stay here, unsafe

Description said there was onsite parking and shop which didn’t exist and was updated when I complained. Do not respond to phone calls or emails. Balcony is unsafe with crumbling walls and does not lock leaving the property insecure. Window is broken and sink smells foul. Property owners do not care when complaints are raised

The apartment was comfortable and very clean. Although we didn't meet the hosts, they made sure we had all important information regarding keys, check out, etc.

We loved the decor, spacious living area with kitchen & washing machine. The beds were very firm which I don't personally don't enjoy. The owner was very quick to answer the phone and answer our questions about the wi-fi code that had been rubbed off. The apartment was very clean and tastefully decorated with all the equipment/facilities we needed for purchase short stay.

The shower assembly fell apart when using shower, floor very slippery and shower itself is very small. When you eventually sorted the shower, it had a great temp & great pressure.

Awesome apartment and was very well presented. My friend suggests that leaflets for local amenities could be present at the apartment. We really were impressed by the apartment and it was truly a blessing to stay here. Thank you very much 😇

Aunque visualmente es bonito , el apartamento no es cómodo . La ducha muy pequeña y no funcionaba la alcachofa grande solo funcionaba la pequeñita. Falló el Wi-Fi y estuvimos sin Wi-Fi bastantes horas.. no nos gustó nada que nos dieran instrucciones para dejar el apartamento de bajar la basura, dejar todo recogido dejar todo limpio so pena de que pudieran hacer cargo si no lo hacíamos. Por lo que hemos pagado por el apartamento yo creo que esto sobraba. Los radiadores del salón no funcionaban y hacía bastante frío.

J'ai loué un appartement sur Booking, qui avait l'air pas mal à première vue : la décoration donnait envie. Et effectivement, s’il y a un point sur lequel je mettrais une bonne note, c’est bien le mobilier : il est joli, ça oui, rien à dire là-dessus. Mais dès notre arrivée, on est tombés sur une porte d'entrée vétuste, ce qui tranche un peu avec le standing "chic" annoncé. Pour moi, la décoration commence dès l'extérieur... et les escaliers ne sont pas du tout adaptés à une personne à mobilité réduite. La porte de l'appartement est digne d'une chambre étudiante, pas sécurisante du tout. Nous n'étions pas là pour juger, mais pour passer un bon moment en famille calaisienne. Cela dit, difficile de faire abstraction de certains détails : • Fenêtres simple vitrage, dont une fissurée dans le salon. • Radiateurs HS, dont un rafistolé au scotch. • Température trop basse dans l'appartement . • Parquet flottant au sens propre : on faisait littéralement du bateau. • Mauvaises finitions, canapé-lit très inconfortable (mais très beau, je le répète !). • Les enfants, qui dormaient justement sur ce canapé, se réveillent couverts de piqûres suspectes sur les bras et les jambes… Et ce n’est pas fini : moisissure aux fenêtres, odeur d’égout persistante, pas de sèche-cheveux (malgré la promesse), pas de tapis de douche, pas d’alèse sur les matelas, un manque flagrant de serviettes. Le coffre dans la chambre contient des oreillers tachés, dans un vieux bac en plastique abîmé. La chambre du fond était presque correcte, à part que les lampes de chevet ne fonctionnent pas. Niveau insonorisation, c’est simple : on entend tout. Les voisins qui marchent, parlent, toussent, vont aux toilettes… et même leurs moments d’intimité – ambiance garantie quand les enfants sont en dessous. Le "balcon" ? Un mini espace avec une plante morte, triste à souhait.

住宿說明有寫提供吹風機，入住後找不到。跟房東反應，房東說沒有提供吹風機，直到我錄影截圖booking他的住宿頁面並圈出有提供吹風機，房東才改口說有吹風機，可能是被前一個房客偷走了。我很遺憾這件事情發生，但我提前整整一天要求房東再提供一個吹風機，房東不接電話也不回訊息，直到退房前一晚，才說很抱歉沒辦法提供吹風機。明明有一整天的時間可以處理，但卻直接忽視，非常讓人生氣。是我住過處理防務狀況最差的地方。 -住宿有提供洗衣機，但只要一洗就非常吵、且整層房屋都在震動。 -房間內有一個大箱子裝各種枕頭，但是箱子破掉了。

Das Haus für mich wie ein Abrisshaus aus (nur meine persönliche Meinung, es soll Leute geben, denen das gefällt) Mit Fahrzeug parken, dafür muss man lange suchen. Wohnung riecht sehr muffig, aber vielleicht nicht so oft vermietet.
