The location is great—it is in a very quiet area that isn't right in the center, yet still close to everything.
The overall cleanliness needs improvement.

It’s spacious, with plenty of seating. The location to Calais, shops within walking distance and Le Shuttle is very convenient. Plenty of free on street parking nearby. Perfect for an overnight.
There is only one toilet, which if you are on the top floor, the stairs are quite steep to navigate in the night.
