A great place for short break away

Excellent except initial key location instruction.

Key collection was a nightmare. I was searching for a touch screen device. Someone let me in. Couldn’t find number 1. It didn’t have number on door. Service man from block across way saved me. Enter interior court yard via heavy iron gate needing security code. Found key lock device far side of court yard. Had I received promised video, and need aware of left hand side access lane, I would have avoided stressful implication of having to find somewhere else to stay. When I left I left key in living room and door unlocked. Cleaners due in 30 minutes. I didn’t want to go through that gate again and be trapped. But everything else was excellent. I want to bring my wife next time and will definitely rebook, now that I know the geography and protocol. It didn’t help not being able to phone someone in Amsterdam. It didn’t help having conversations with a bot. A simple map and printed set of instructions sent the day before was all that was required, not rocket science. Great value for money and location for Guildhall and Cathedral, docks and shops. It felt safe, it was quiet at night, it was comfortable, the bed was very comfortable, parking close, kitchen and accessories superb. Please just look again at giving clear instructions, in print or email, to access safely and securely. We don’t need bots and we don’t need video extras. Keep it simple and clear. Looking back, it should have been. Anyway thank you for the stay, I enjoyed using the lemon kitchen cleaner in the kitchen!

Lovely, comfortable central apartment

Comfortable sofa and bed. Everything we needed in the kitchenette, and good to have the table to eat at. Good amount of wardrobe and drawer space. Very central, easy to walk to town centre and quays. Good to have a dedicated parking space outside one of the houses along the road. The video we got showing where to get the keys is a great idea.

Could do with coat hooks in the hall and somewhere to hang clothes in the bathroom. Number on the door would be useful, no. 2 does have one but it was covered by decorations.

A fantastic stay in Kiln Close

The Host, Sebastian, was amazing, he was very efficient and responsive, nothing was too much trouble for him. The apartment is located in the centre of town and is within walking distance to shops and restaurants. The quays is amazing with plenty to do. The apartment was impeccable, clean and comfortable. It is located in a quiet street, and parking is very secure, we had an amazing stay and we will definitely be returning.

The Mattress is a bit uncomfortable, could possibly do with upgrading, but the size of the bed is perfect, it didn’t bother us too much, we still had a great stay.

Agata and Sebastian were wonderful! Both the places we stayed through them were spotless and comfy.

The location was fantastic! The flat was spotless and so clean! Had a few questions for the owners and they were SO responsive, it was amazing! When Sebastian stopped by to bring a pot for us, he offered a house for more space for us since he saw my son was staying with us as well. (He goes to Uni there and wasn't supposed to be there with us, but he missed us SO much) He was wonderful and accommodating! We stayed in the flat for a week and it was VERY comfortable, then moved to the house. I would totally recommend this flat hands down! Than you for making our stay comfortable, enjoyable, and at home feeling, Agata and Sebastian!

Amazing place to stay!

Excellent flat, great location. It was comfortable, clean and a real home from home. Well equipped, warm, spacious. It was very quiet too so a good night's sleep!! Would thoroughly recommend to anyone visiting Gloucester as only a few minutes walk to the town. The designated parking slot was a bonus, it was easy to find too. Superb communication from the owners. We would definitely stay there again, top of our list, fabulous 👌

Could do with a few more hooks in the bathroom to hang clothes and maybe a few more clothes hangers but these are suggestions not dislikes!!

Great location, very quiet but easy walking into town and the docks. Communication was excellent and made it so easy to collect keys. Coffee machine was a lovely bonus.

A brilliant place to stay

Clean, comfortable, very convenient and exceptionally well equipped. You could tell that a lot of thought had gone into setting up and equipping the flat, it had everything I needed and more. Easy to find, easy parking, quiet, comfortable and around the corner from a M&S food hall; fabulous!

Appartamento accessoriato benissimo: dall’olio alle capsule del caffè; lavatrice, aspirapolvere, non manca nulla. Host davvero disponibile, sempre pronto a rispondere ad ogni nostra richiesta. Se ci fosse occasione, torneremo volentieri.

Andava tutto benissimo però suggerirei, a scanso di equivoci, di segnalare la porta di casa o col numero 1 o con una scritta “Lovely Flat”, perché è vero che è scritto che l’appartamento è al primo piano ma la porta non è riconoscibile.
