The property was clean. All facilities were in excellent condition. The beds were comfortable. They offered tea, coffee facilities. There is a Morrison’s convenience store very close by. The location was a short stroll to docks, cinema and restaurants. Only a few minutes walk to city centre.

Although there were mirrors situated in most areas, there was no full length mirror.

Clean, freshly decorated and well equipped.

It could do with blackout blinds as the early morning light gets around the present ones. Parking into and out of the allocated bay is very difficult when other bays are occupied. There is a structural pillar at the front corner of the bay which makes an angled approach impossible from that side. My car is an Ioniq 5 so fairly large and I suspect the best way to approach parking in the bay would have been to come through the security gates in reverse for better manoeuvring. However, I largely settled for leaving the car there and using Uber instead. Although we were asked to avoid making noise during a prescribed period each night, we were routinely disturbed by the sound of car doors and vehicles leaving around 7 am.

Would have appreciated some additional clean bath towels because of staying for two days

We couldn’t access the lock box as it was faulty. The security gate to the parking are was broken and a resident had to break into the system to manually manipulate the operating mechanism which took 15 mins. Communication with the owner regarding this was tricky, and who was quite rude to my partner. I’m all it took 40 mins to access the property. The side security gate was always unlocked and wide open. This was flagged with the owner on numerous occasions. Carpets in the shared corridors were filthy and there was a funny smell. There was also drainage smell in the bathroom.
