The apartment is very well presented. The decor and furnishings are fresh and modern. The kitchen area is well equipped and has good quality appliances.
The apartment block is quiet and I like that the owners ask visitors to respect noise levels for the neighbours. The secure car park is a great amenity.
The location is good, in the regenerated docks area
There was an issue with the entry fob but it was quickly sorted with a call to the owner.

We couldn’t access the lock box as it was faulty.
The security gate to the parking are was broken and a resident had to break into the system to manually manipulate the operating mechanism which took 15 mins. Communication with the owner regarding this was tricky, and who was quite rude to my partner. I’m all it took 40 mins to access the property.
The side security gate was always unlocked and wide open. This was flagged with the owner on numerous occasions.
Carpets in the shared corridors were filthy and there was a funny smell. There was also drainage smell in the bathroom.
