Very pleasant visit

The apartment is very well presented. The decor and furnishings are fresh and modern. The kitchen area is well equipped and has good quality appliances. The apartment block is quiet and I like that the owners ask visitors to respect noise levels for the neighbours. The secure car park is a great amenity. The location is good, in the regenerated docks area

There was an issue with the entry fob but it was quickly sorted with a call to the owner.

It was lovely. Just what we wanted! Very happy!

It was spotlessly clean and contained everything you could need. The location was perfect!

The secure parking location is great, however access is very low and some vehicles like SUV’s with roof bars or boxes may not be able to fit. It might be good for this to be stated.

Central modern apartment

Modern apartment close to Gloucester Quays

The bedroom with a double bed is quite small. The pub at the rear of the apartment was extremely noisy until late on Friday and Saturday nights.

Great location and apartment! They provided a high chair on request and even put a travel cot in the cupboard (which I forgot to bring) so was a life saver

This was an excellent comfortable stay

The apartment was really convenient & comfortable. The property was immaculate & perfectly located for the journey to work. Lots of interesting places to see around & the buildings were really well set out. Both of the team who stayed in the 2 bed apartment were very positive about it & the surrounding location.

Superb accommodation for exploring Gloucester

Excellent location, safe parking and good arrival instructions. Prompt response to small issue. Perfect for a few days stay.

Although the flat was very clean there was a nasty drain smell in the bathroom. I believe that someone attended to resolve the issue but the smell was still present when we left. Not a serious issue.

A good location for visiting the Cotswolds.

Compact well equipped flat for a short stay.

The flat was only just inside the district known as the quays. I made a wrong assumption based on the advert that the flat was in the middle of the new development. It was a smart flat but not luxurious. It’s also sited next to a noisy pub. There was an unpleasant smell when we entered the flat which disappeared when we opened the windows. There were parts of the flat which clearly hadn’t been dusted properly as there were dust balls in the corners of the main room.

Wonderful, Comfortable & Clean Apartment at Fantastic Location.

We loved the apartment. It was very secure and safe. We enjoyed a very comfortable stay and it was very clean and very nicely decorated. It looks a lot better as it does on the photo's. Nice and large TV with Blu-ray player. Comfy dining area. Loved the powerful shower and comfy mattresses. We were pleasantly surprised as in our experiences the apartments rented through property managers are often a bit underwhelming. Not this one!! The place comes with a dedicated secure parking spot and the location is amazing. There are many very nice bars and restaurants (The Turkish restaurant is wholeheartedly recommended) right around the corner in the wonderful docks area and the city center is only a few minutes of a walk away. The host (Tegan) was very nice to deal with and the member of staff we met at check-out to do the cleaning was very nice and helpful as well (thank you).

We loved the apartment. Kudo's to the property management company. No doubt we will be back if we're in the area! However a few pointers for anyone considering this awesome place. The shared entrance of the building had dirty carpets and when we arrived, the landing smelled like a combination of cheap air fresher and cigarette smoke. This is of course out with the control of the host (and the apartment itself smelled very nice and was 100% clean!!). There was no fan in the apartment. This would have been nice as it was very warm when we arrived. Our car was bombed by a bunch of seagulls and completely covered. The flat doesn't offer views over the docks. The flat is located on the 2nd floor and there is no lift so may not be suitable for everybody. There is a beer garden next door so there may be some noise in the weekend. It didn't disturb us and all was fully quiet after 11.

Fab apartment in great location

Lovely, modern apartment, spotlessly clean and comfortable. Was in a great location in the heart of the docks area so within easy walking distance of everything we wanted to do. A group of four ladies, we had a fabulous catch up, highly recommended!

No real issues, would have liked a full length mirror but otherwise pretty perfect!

Superb property everything you could need provided. Excellent location on the Gloucester dock area close to all amenities, bars and restaurants and the parking provided is the icing go on the cake.

A comfortable and nicely furnished apartment.

Instructions were clear

The side gate we were supposed to access wouldn't open and another resident had to give us access. Once we got into the car park the bollard in the parking space had been broken preventing us access to the only parking space. My bedroom was right next door to a noisy pub which meant I did not get a good nights sleep.

Whilst once in the flat it was clean, really comfy and warm, and stylishly decorated.

We couldn’t access the lock box as it was faulty. The security gate to the parking are was broken and a resident had to break into the system to manually manipulate the operating mechanism which took 15 mins. Communication with the owner regarding this was tricky, and who was quite rude to my partner. I’m all it took 40 mins to access the property. The side security gate was always unlocked and wide open. This was flagged with the owner on numerous occasions. Carpets in the shared corridors were filthy and there was a funny smell. There was also drainage smell in the bathroom.

Perfect location, well presented and clean - value for money

Location was perfect for the city centre and quay's, very well presented/clean, quite and would recommend. Initially struggled to find the keys but that was my fault for not reading instructions properly :-) I did contact the named contact who was very helpful and understanding.

The position of the plant shelf in the small bedroom needs to be moved , kept banging my back most times have some big bruises on my shoulders , had to crouch down when passing it and I am not very tall , the sofa not very comfortable
