Nice Apt. Big enough for the three of us. Stylish and comfy. Private parking included. Good place to start exploring the region. Many shops and restaurants nearby.
There was a construction site directly in front of the apartment house for the main street. Long queues to get to the house / parking place (waiting time around 10 min around rush hour).
Jackhammer going from 8:00 workdays, 20 meters away from our beds. Starting the day with headaches.
Power was out for an hour or more after breakfast, just as we were about to leave - electric gate to the car would not open.
We asked for a reasonable refund- 3 times and got no answer.
As to answer your Message: To changing the apt. during our stay: That would not have been a good solution for us. You could have informed us beforehand about the construction so we would have had a choice before we arrive to change to another apt.
But you choose not to disclose that fact, and also to not offer a fair refund. I know the construction site is not your fault - but not telling us is! And offering a refund would be the least you could do! We would not have choosen to stay there, if we had known.
