Construction site right before the house
Nice Apt. Big enough for the three of us. Stylish and comfy. Private parking included. Good place to start exploring the region. Many shops and restaurants nearby.
There was a construction site directly in front of the apartment house for the main street. Long queues to get to the house / parking place (waiting time around 10 min around rush hour). Jackhammer going from 8:00 workdays, 20 meters away from our beds. Starting the day with headaches. Power was out for an hour or more after breakfast, just as we were about to leave - electric gate to the car would not open. We asked for a reasonable refund- 3 times and got no answer. As to answer your Message: To changing the apt. during our stay: That would not have been a good solution for us. You could have informed us beforehand about the construction so we would have had a choice before we arrive to change to another apt. But you choose not to disclose that fact, and also to not offer a fair refund. I know the construction site is not your fault - but not telling us is! And offering a refund would be the least you could do! We would not have choosen to stay there, if we had known.

Location perfect close to all bars ,restaurants , amenities , great to be right on the Docks. property was super clean , modern & comfortable and really nicely furnished throughout . Also smelt gorgeous on entering !
Appreciate can’t access Apartment until the afternoon but arrived in the morning to make the most of our overnight stay . We couldn’t access private parking until 3/4 pm , would be nice to access this when arrived ? Mattress in main bedroom very soft - personal taste but we felt needs replacing and only 3 coat hangers in wardrobe !

We had a really lovely stay, apartment in excellent position, very safe.
Very clean and well equipped. Painters were doing the stair well and they were very polite.
Bed in main bedroom more comfortable than the secondary room. I think the property would benefit by having a few leaflets on places to visit.

Stayed here for work, had everything we needed. Was like new very clean and comfortable. Parked are van in the carpark adjacent to the appointment.
