WE LIKED EVERYTHING, BUT HAD PROBLEMS ON ARRIVAL. WHILE WE WERE COLLECTING THE KEYS FROM THE KEY BOX IN THE CAR PARK SOMEONE SHUT THE SIDE GATE AND IT JAMMED. THIS MEANT IT WAS NO LONGER OPENABLE FROM INSIDE THE CAR PARK. ALSO A PREVIOUS HIRER HAD SNAPPED THE FOB FOR OPENING THE MAIN GATES FROM THE KEY RING. THIS MEANT IT STAYED TUCKED INTO THE KEY BOX UNSEEN WHEN THE REST OF THE KEYS WERE REMOVED. WITH NOTHING TO OPEN THE MAIN GATES AND THE SIDE GATE JAMMED I WAS UNABLE TO LEAVE THE CAR PARK TO PARK THE CAR UNTIL SOMEONE FROM ANOTHER FLAT CAME DOWN AND DESCRIBED THE FOB. I THEN PRESUMED THE FOB MUST SOMEHOW STILL BE IN THE KEY BOX. I REOPEND THE KEY BOX AND FOUND THE DETACHED FOB TUCKED INTO THE LID. DURING OUR STAY SOMEONE MENDED THE SIDE GATE, AND I REATTACHED THE FOB TO THE KEY RING. SO HOPEFULLY THE PROBLEM WILL NOT RECUR. APART FROM THIS IT WAS A WONDERFUL STAY - A GREAT APPARTMENT IN GREAT SURROUNDINGS, ON THE DOORSTEP OF A FASCINATING HISTORIC CITY WITH FANTASTIC MUSIC AND WORSHIP IN ITS CATHEDRAL.

It was central to everything. The apartment was very comfortable and was of a high standard. It was very secure and was great that there was parking. The apartment had a well equipped kitchen. The beds are comfortable and the decor is of a high and good quality.

We found the side gate difficult to open and noise from the local surroundings can be heard at times.

Nice Apt. Big enough for the three of us. Stylish and comfy. Private parking included. Good place to start exploring the region. Many shops and restaurants nearby.

There was a construction site directly in front of the apartment house for the main street. Long queues to get to the house / parking place (waiting time around 10 min around rush hour). Jackhammer going from 8:00 workdays, 20 meters away from our beds. Starting the day with headaches. Power was out for an hour or more after breakfast, just as we were about to leave - electric gate to the car would not open. We asked for a reasonable refund- 3 times and got no answer. As to answer your Message: To changing the apt. during our stay: That would not have been a good solution for us. You could have informed us beforehand about the construction so we would have had a choice before we arrive to change to another apt. But you choose not to disclose that fact, and also to not offer a fair refund. I know the construction site is not your fault - but not telling us is! And offering a refund would be the least you could do! We would not have choosen to stay there, if we had known.
