Clean, comfortable apartment in central location

Host was very friendly on arrival and took us to our apartment. Inside was clean and all the facilities you could need. Was in a great location. Just a short walk to shops and bars. Onsite parking was provided. The bed was very comfortable. We had a beautiful breakfast at the restaurant below the following morning. Would definitely recommend staying at this property.

Great location, lovely tastefully decorated apartment - highly recommended!

The host was very responsive to any questions and the check-in/check out procedure was quick and easy. The location was great with free parking and it was very quiet. The apartment had everything we needed with a lovely bathroom and fully equipped kitchen, including plenty of coffee pods - always a must have! There was a lovely cafe/bar/restaurant downstairs where we had our included breakfast which was delicious. Would definitely like to return in the summer to take advantage of the balcony.

A perfect apartment, great hosts in a great location.

This was such a lovely apartment in a brilliant location for exploring Gloucester. Hosts were very friendly and communication before we arrived was excellent. This apartment had everything you could need and more. The facilities were incredible. Very warm and cosy for a cold December trip. Parking outside was easy. Walking into Gloucester was lovely. I cannot recommend this apartment highly enough.

Would recommend this apartment to anyone wanting to stay in Gloucester.

The breakfasts at Spagos were delicious. A welcome change from the traditional English Breakfast. Loved the location and ease of parking. Within walking distance of the city but easy to access more rural areas too.

Very clean, well kept apartment, great style, close to our mum. Owner was wonderful and accommodating considered we were delayed at the airport and our sim wasn’t working. Thank you so much

Spacious clean apartment. Excellent location

The apartment was spacious , immaculately clean , excellent decor with views overlooking the canal & lanthony Secunda priory plus views of warehouses due to be renovated which me & my husband found interesting . It was well equipped for a short break or longer. 5 min walk to quays . Breakfast was included in spagos downstairs . Food was excellent but don’t expect a full English. The staff were great, parking on site arranged by owners. We highly recommend and hope to be back.

A brilliant place to stay to enjoy the best side of Gloucester with a lovely restaurant below.

The breakfast was brilliant. Unfortunately, we couldn't have the lovely breakfast on Saturday morning as we had to set off from the property before 9 am. The apartment is very well appointed, an excellent shower, all you need in the kitchen and a massive television. Fantastic views over the canal (with a bit of the car park included). Really close to the centre and the Docks. A much better option than staying in the centre of Gloucester.

It was one of the July heatwaves, the apartment was very hot. Even though there was a fan, it just wasn't big enough to make a difference.

Beautiful apartment in a perfect location

It was beautiful. In an excellent location. The balcony was great to sit on with a coffee in the morning in the sunshine. It’s close to many good food outlets. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat

If I have to pick a negative it was that we couldn’t have breakfast until 10am. But for most people that wouldn’t be a problem. To be honest, it wasn’t for us either, we just walked 4 minutes to Sainsbury’s and bought our own. It certainly wouldn’t stop me from staying again

Fabulous clean and well equipped apartment

Excellent check in, super apartment, spotlessly clean and very well equipped. We had to leave before 10 but we're given an absolutely delicious packed breakfast to take with us.

The only thing was that the apartment was quite hot, but a fan had been provided and to be fair it was the hottest day of the year

A Real Gem.

Excellent location , very close to restaurants ; shops and walks along the Quays. The apartment itself was fabulous. Very well equipped, clean and comfortable. The price included breakfast in Spago a restaurant directly below the apartment and owned by Pavol which was also very good. The breakfast choice for us was excellent and the staff were so friendly and accommodating we thoroughly enjoyed it. We would have no isssue in recommending both the apartment and restaurant to others and it is certainly somewhere where we would look to stay again..

Nothing to take issue with. We had an initial difficulty in getting the smart TV to work but we eventually sorted it. The only problem we had is with the Post Code. The one shown on Booking.Com wasn’t recognised on the Sat Nav whilst the one shown in the premises lift was. We called Pavol and he directed us to the property on the phone.

Great property, great host, perfect weekend!

Pavol and his wife were brilliant hosts before, during and after our stay - we couldn't have asked to meet kinder, more helpful people. It was very easy to collect the keys from the restaurant directly below the property which Pavol also owns. The flat itself is in a modern, purpose built apartment block which felt very secure, and having a lift when you arrive with luggage was a welcome bonus. We had a parking space in front of the block, which was very convenient and saved us having to pay for a space further away. We didn't need the car over the weekend, as everything in Gloucester itself was walkable. The flat is beautifully furnished and equipped to a very high standard and felt cosy and spotlessly clean. Sleep quality was brilliant. The bed was super-comfortable and it was very quiet at night. We had everything we needed to cook proper meals and having a dishwasher meant we didn't have to spend precious vacation time washing up afterwards, but instead we could sit on the balcony and look at the sunset! We would also recommend the restaurant on the ground floor. The food was delicious, prices reasonable and staff delightful. Thank you to everyone who made our whole stay so enjoyable. We hope to be back soon.

Fantastic apartment, great hosts and excellent food

Located next to the shopping area of Gloucester Quays which is full of high street brands, under cover and some great bargains to be had. Also there are some great eateries within a 10 minute walk, cinema and a supermarket. Train and bus stations are only 25 min walk away. Breakfast for the apartment was fantastic at Spago, everything cooked to order and service was fantastic. Hosts met us at the door and showed us round the modern, well equipped apartment. Will definitely be visiting again.

Gloucester's Hidden Gem. Pavol (host) very helpful as well as professional, only a phone call away if needed. The apartment was very clean, excellent facilities, very close to city centre and set within a quiet area, only 5 mins from historic docks and marina,, every type of shops close by, Railway station and National coach/bus station within 20mins easy walk. The apartment exceeded our expectation... lovely place to stay. No noise either during the day or night .

There was nothing negative to write about the apartment or its host .

Beautiful apartment

My partner and I have stayed at various different places in Gloucester and we can honestly say that this has been our favourite place to stay! The owners are so lovely and informative and staff are very welcoming in the restaurant below. The apartment was lovely with everything that we needed. It was very clean and in a prime location; we felt very safe within the apartment complex! We’ve had a really lovely New Year’s Eve staying here, thank you!

Everything, the apartment had lots of facilities a wonderful TV, lots of things to watch and lovely sofas! We liked the location, it was very clean and ideal for our stay.

The communal hallway on the lead up to the apartment had a horrible cigarette smell. But that doesn’t have anything to do with the apartment. Once you’re in the apartment it smells lovely.
