The Quayside Apartments - Central, Steps to Gloucester Quays, Parking and Smart TV

The proximity to the transport hub was a bonus

The very close proximity to the Docks and city centre. Very clean apartment and very comfortable bed. Everything was as described.

The kitchen could do with a couple more items, like a frying pan however we manged with what was provided.

Great location for everything Gloucester has to offer, really simple instructions to enter the property and great parking outside. Lovely, quiet top floor apartment with everything to make a perfect break away. Host answered all questions beforehand really quickly and made us feel very welcome. We will definitely be returning as we enjoyed our weekend so much.

The location was central and perfect. The apartment was bright and looked and felt clean. The bedroom was bright and airy and had enough storage space for clothes and property. The open spaced kitchen and living room was clean and the kitchen was well supplied with cutlery. I liked the digital permit that was arranged for my car.

The shower was ill fitting, the shower head was too big for its holder and had to be left dangling. The shower head had plenty of water holes but water only came out from four of these holes. The sink in the same bathroom held waste water after use for up to an hour. I had to go to the gym at extra expenses twice daily in order to shower both morning and night time! The only lock on the bedroom window could not be locked due to it being broken. The property is not soundproofed and the occupants of the apartment upstairs kept me up for two nights straight with all kinds of loud noises through out the night and into the early hours of the morning. The communal areas light coloured stair carpet leading to the apartments were stained and the walls scuffed with shoe marks everywhere. The communal door looks like it has been attacked with an axe! I paid £530 for a stay which inconvenienced me with trips to the gym to shower and two sleepless nights which impacted on my physical performance the days after sleepless nights.
