The apartment was very cosy and comfortable with nice decoration and furnishings. Clean and tidy with good facilities.

The pedestrian access to the property is poor as you have to manually open a car park gate using padlock and chain. Not ideal at night when returning. Access to property requires a pedestrian gate with a coded lock to make access and departure easier.

We loved everything!! The main house was gorgeous, the paintings on the walls superb! Apartment 15 was stunning!!!!!!!!!!!!! Every bit of decor was incredible. The beds were super comfortable and it had everything we needed

Quiet. Easy to access. Had everything needed by our family for a short stay.

Location is good Nice apartment

Trying to find it was not easy. Had to call for directions. Signage outside the building would’ve been better. Heating and hot water failed for few hours on the 1st night (Fri) until 4pm the next day (Sat) No compensation was offered after I complained to them and booking.com Dog crap outside near my car. Someone banging and working on a low roof right next to my bedroom early Sunday morning which kept me awake. Wouldn’t stay again.

Decor Size

I am a business traveller, working away from home. Upon arriving at the property, late at night, following a long day at work, the boiler was broke, and I had no hot water. Having spoken with the property mgr, there was a choice of having to move apartment at midnight, or have a stranger (plumber) come out to the property in the middle of the night, when I was a female in a strange location alone, I agreed to move property. I was only able to be at this replacement property 1 night, so again had to pack up belongings and move back to the original apartment? not ideal late at night in a strange City, when I am working long hours. AGAIN the boiler broke down!!! and in tbe morning, I had no choice but to fill a sink with a kettle to have a wash, using all available towels..I was again packed up and moved to the same replacement property, by now I am exhausted, unsettled and extremely frustrated. I then got a WhatsApp message during the next day (whilst at work) to say I had to move out and back to the original apartment, and that someone had removed all my belongings. I was not happy that a stranger was moving my belongings without my permission, nor was I happy moving back to the original apartment, who's boiler had now broken down twice . When my stuff was brought back to the apartment, it was left out in the corridor, they didnt even place it back in the property, not only this, but some expensive items were missing, leaving me to have to WhatsApp a house keeper at 10pm after a long day at work for an explanation. The items were returned to me. When I did move back to the original property, there had been used mugs and use toilet - presumably the plumber. I also had no towels, and so replacement towels had to be sent. There was no offer of compensation, unless I became a quote "regular customer" they would "offer me an upgrade"...

We stayed in apartment 6 and it was incredible. Beautifully decorated and well maintained! Had everything we needed
