About this apartment rental
Stay on Gloucester's famous Rainbow Street, right next to Kingsholm Stadium, home of Gloucester Rugby. This spacious four-bedroom house is painted in Gloucester Rugby red, matched to a real Gloucester Rugby shirt, with a touch of rugby memorabilia inside. It sleeps up to 9, with two bathrooms, a big open living and dining space, a sunny rear garden, keyless entry and parking permits for two vehicles. It's the perfect match-day base, and just as good for work crews and families.

• Large living area with a big corner sofa and Smart TV
• Folding single guest bed with a proper 10cm (4-inch) mattress, which can be set up in the lounge for a ninth guest

• Modern kitchen with oven, hob, fridge-freezer, microwave and washing machine
First floor
• Bedroom 2: full-size double (135cm)
• Bedroom 3: full-size single (90cm)
Top floor
• Bedroom 4: a large loft room with a super king bed (zip and link, so it can be split into two full-size singles) and a full-size single in the corner

THE RAINBOW STREET
In 2020, local artist Tash Frootko painted 40 of the houses on St Mark Street in bold, bright colours. The "Rainbow Street" has since featured on TV and in a BBC Four short film, and it makes a brilliant backdrop for photos. Kingsholm Stadium is practically on the doorstep, and Gloucester city centre, the Cathedral, the historic Docks and Gloucester Quays shopping outlet are all within easy reach.
PARKING & ARRIVAL
• On-street parking for up to two vehicles, with digital permits we set up for you online, so there's no pass to display
• Just send us your vehicle registrations by 9am on your arrival day, so everything is active and ready when you arrive
• Extra vehicles: Hare Lane South car park (GL1 2DA), open 24 hours, is about a 10-minute walk
• Keyless self check-in with a digital door lock, so there are no keys to collect or return. Your code arrives once your Guestflow check-in is complete
GOOD TO KNOW
• Prefer singles? Either super king can be split into two single beds for £40 per bed. Please ask when you book
• Dogs are welcome, with no pet fee. Please let us know when you book, and ask us first if you'd like to bring two
• Non-smoking property
• Before you arrive, we'll email and text you a link to our Guestflow portal to sign our terms and add a card for the damage deposit, which is processed securely by Stripe:
◦ Stays of 1 to 6 nights: a £200 hold is placed on your card, plus a £5 non-refundable handling fee. The hold is not a charge and is released automatically after your stay
◦ Stays of 7 nights or more: a £200 refundable deposit is taken, plus a £10 non-refundable handling fee. Your deposit is refunded in full 3 to 5 days after check-out, once our team has checked the property
