Nice clean apartment, needs more seating..

Beds were comfy and great location.

There was not enough comfy seating for an apartment that sleeps four. The one sofa was not big enough for four people to sit and watch a film etc. That was a shame. There were no tea towels provided until we found the 'spare' in the drawer. Kitchen crockery was limited. Road noise in the bedroom at the front. More compact apartment than it looked in the photos.

Great apartment for a weekend away

Well equipped apartment which included extras such as tea, coffee, shampoo/conditioner etc. Nicely furnished and felt homely. Bed was very comfortable. TV had apps so could log into own services such as Netflix. Staff responded quickly and were very helpful. Central location.

It wasn’t an issue for me but the top floor apartment would not be very good for anyone with reduced mobility given the number of stairs.

I thought the host was helpful and the property large. The bathroom and kitchen really nice and new.

I diidnt like the being in the basement, no live tv, and basic furniture. On street parking.

Really enjoyed our stay it was clean and welcoming and l would go back.

Lovely old building with lots of caricature and cool on a very hot sunny days.

Sofa not very comfortable, could do with a small on mirror on the wall in the bedroom to brush hair and makeup. The guy above was a bit inconsiderate banging doors late in the night.

It was bearable for one night, but the bed was a real disappointment.

The bed! The mattress was extremely uncomfortable because it felt like the springs were protruding and sticking into us, making the bed very uncomfortable indeed, leading to poor sleep. The springs were also creaking. The mattress should be replaced as a matter of urgency. The white sheets on the bed were stained. The bathroom sink was far too small, making it difficult to use. There is room for a bigger one.

3 nights in Gloucester

Central location, close to quays and only 5 mins bike ride to cathedral and canal. The shower was one of the best we've ever had and heating was easy to use.

Settee was very uncomfortable. Room was not sound proof, could hear floor boards above and also child squealing on first night. Kitchen was a bit small. The apartment was very basic. Needs cleaning a bit better.

Lovely apartment in great centeal location!

Great central location, short walk from Gloucester Quays, a huge park and load of shops and restaurants. Free parking available on request. Really friendly, attentive host who remained in contact for the duration of my stay. Was very quick to resolve an issue I had, which was non-urgent but he made it a priority to address which was really appreciated.

No lift and a whole load of stairs to climb with luggage if you’re on the top floor like I was.

Good location, reasonably priced accommodation near the quay

It was the perfect location for us with free parking, just a short walk to the quay and less than an hour's drive to our intended destinations. Some nice cafes and restaurants nearby as well. The hosts were good with communication, they replied promptly to my messages

The place suited our needs just fine, although I did mention to the hosts that the toilet seat was a bit wonky -- it was not aligned to the toilet bowl and moved while I was sitting. Hopefully they addressed that after we checked out. Another thing I noticed was that the duvet cover didn't have any zipper or buttons to close the end, it was fully open with the duvet poking out, I don't think it's hygienic at all

Great location.

The central location of the property meant that many of the attractions we came to see were in easy walking distance, even for our 4-year-old. Key collection was simple. The host was exceptional, and dealt with our regular queries swiftly, and also checked in with us throughout our stay.

The sofa in the living room was not the comfiest to sit on, which made relaxing in the evenings a little tricky, and despite the wi-fi hub being quite close, the TV seemed to often lose connection which was frustrating when watching internet content (no arial lead is attached so online viewing is the only option). We also noticed an often strong smell of smoke in the living room which could have been coming through the air vents in the redundant chimney breast, or somehow through the single-pane window which was shut throughout our stay

Me encantei com cada lugar da casa decoração tudo , tudo perfeito e lindo e novo, a equipe da limpeza que cuida desse apartamento está de parabéns até as paredes branquinhas e limpa, tudo impecáve, eu não estava sabendo colocar a senha do Wi-Fi uma moça muito educado e da voz doce e serena me ajudou muito rápido me dando assistência fiquei até impressionada com muita agilidade e dedicação 🥰 quando sair do apartamento tive muito cuidado para deixar exatamente da forma que eu encontrei porque tudo naquele apartamento era bem cuidado e arrumado e cheiroso 🥰
