Had to clean cups and glasses as dirty on arrival some glass and plates had chips in and cracked. The shower hose and fittings need urgent replacement and a few holes in walls were doors have been knocked

Disappointed

The property was very secure with gates and good location close to the city and various shops. It was stylish with a modern feel.

Where do I start? The yard was covered in cigarette ends, a bucket of fag ends hadn’t been emptied for god knows how long. Dirty and debris under furniture, in the cupboards, mouldy pillow protectors in the cupboard hidden under a spare duvet, mould on the inside of the bin lid, the coffee in the canister was like black tar, the extractor fans in both the kitchen and bathroom are thick of dust and dirt, dirty cups one of which had a lipstick mark on, dirty marks on the white doors, scummy red water marks in the shower, dried urine under the toilet seat, very little toilet to last my stay, dusty skirting boards, a screw on the floor under the dressing table, the seat on the stool in the bedroom wasn’t attached, the bed was ridiculously uncomfortable, scuff marks on the walls, random holes which should of been filled in, dirty windows, a lot of noise made from the apartment above, it isn’t well sound proofed and maggots in the outside bin. I was a lot more understanding about the maggots until looking into it further the bin should have been emptied the week prior to my arrive and which the maggots could have been cleaned out. That’s a lack of responsibility and incompetence and a property owner. The cleanliness of the property was despicable and serious inspections of house keeping need to be had!! I wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone, spend your money elsewhere. Shame you can only upload four photos. Then have the nerve to send a message and plead for a 10*. The place needs serious work!!

The decoration is well presented. The staff was very helpful regarding misunderstanding regarding give £250 pounds to retain as a safeguarding I didn’t know because I never had no booking that you pay for your staying and also give £250 for the company to hold. So they allowed my boyfriend to give his card details and the money and said after the check out they would give back

The apartment was completely dirty nobody cleaned the apartment. As I arrived I notice the bright colours of the decoration but dirty. Unfortunately, the toilet, sofa bed sheets towels the kitchen utensils. The damage walls stained walls stained sofa broken shower. Everything was unclean
