Would have liked the option of a cooked breakfast but the breakfast available was lovely!

Stayed at the Old Post Office Lodge for a pike fishing trip. Handy location for the Erne and surrounding waters . Craig the new owner greeted me warmly and was an attentive proprietor.
Continental breakfast is fine with me as I am Away early in the morning. Craig was up early and laid out an excellent sample of breads jams, cereals and other condiments.
It's a beautiful building with charm and the interiors And furniture reflect this further. I enjoyed using the downstairs common room relaxing reading or watching TV in the evenings. Craig was good enough to provide extra heat for the minus 3 frost on boxing day.
As The lodge is now run by a new owner I expect they may change a few things in the near future. Some have commented at lack of television in the rooms but it didn't bother me.

The Old Post Office is a deliciously eclectic building, but extremely homely and welcoming.
Samuel is very personable and accommodating, and nothing was too much trouble.

Everything good.

Nothing except meeting nice other guests. Nice clean bathroom
The breakfast was cereal and bread left out for the guests to make. No Irish breakfast
The house was musty smelling on top of wafting manure smell from outside.
The bed was uncomfortable.

Cozy rooms and a lovely breakfast - this is a small B&B close to the border with Ireland and about a two-hour drive from Dublin. A great stopover when traveling into Northern Ireland from the south.
Everything was great - we wouldn’t change a thing.

Lovely wee cosy property located in the beautiful country, but not far from main town or Enniskillen.
Samuel the host was very friendly meeting us on arrival and giving us a great history lesson on the old post office, which we all loved. Samuel also recommended and booked us into a lovely restaurant just up the road from us which food was lovely and plentiful.
Room and unsuit was very clean, spacious and beds were lovely and cosy (we all had a great night sleep) breakfast in the morning was help yourself which was great. Plenty of cereal to choose from, different breads for toast and your tea coffee and fruit juices.
Cleaner in the morning was also very friendly and give us lots of information on places to go and things to do on our final day.
Thank you so much Samuel for making our stay so pleasant.
Everything was first class!

It was very homely, and cozy feeling. Well laid out and clean. Considering it was an olden house it was exceptionally good. The person (Samuel) greeted us and really a great and helpful person. The vibe felt right, and I could not fault the place of the people at all. Checked in with us to see how we eaten and organised a place for dinner later that night. And based on his recommendation, the food was incredible. All added into the experience. We will stay/book again!
Unable to find a fault. Unable to list anything I didn’t like.

Very nice rural location and good breakfast. Nice host.
No lock on our bedroom door and a very hard bed, both of which contributed to a pretty poor night’s sleep.

This an amazing place to stay. It is the old post office converted effectively into a home which is used as a B&B but it definitely has the feel of sharing in a home. Breakfast is provided but this is set in the kitchen where it is quite easy to supplement food with whatever you want and you can cook your own lunch and dinner as well. The small kitchen dining area is shared with up to about 8 other guests with a shared fridge. Guests come and go and given the space you can get to know each other well. It's also being developed as a retreat centre by the owner Samuel who is one the most welcoming and helpful hosts we've ever come across. It's a very peaceful and distinctive place with a lounge and separate meditation room.
En suite bathrooms would have been nice but given the size and character of the building that wouldn't be feasible. People who like very modern and rather anonymous hotels would probably struggle with this but we didn't. The wifi could be better but it's also the kind of place its nice to come to be away from wifi

It was a very rural cute place! Samuel was absolutely top tier! You couldn’t ask for a better host, such a hospitable man!
The blinds didn’t do the best job sat keeping the sun out which means the mornings were lovely and bright but it was so beautiful 🥰
