Irene is a good communicator prior to travel. I felt comfortable to ask questions. She makes it known she is there if you need help.

Difficult to find accommodation without a postcode. Sat nav in hire car didn’t recognise postcode either. Although Irene gave us direction into the Home. As we approached the lane into the bungalow from a different direction. We couldn’t find it. We stopped a local business man coming out of a near by property for help and he kindly guided us to the entrance. Equally at night coming back to the accommodation on dark unfamiliar lanes presented us with a problem. A sign or a light to show entrance would be a huge help.

Perfect family base for exploring the locality.

We were attending a family event in Drumcoura City so this bungalow was in the perfect location. The property itself was perfectly set out for a family stay and has some lovely little touches by the host.

Lovely bungalow, cozy and clean, everything supplied, and the wonderful drumcoura city pub just 5 mins walk away, fab food and drinks, friendly pony and donkey to greet you every morning, owner is very helpful, would return in a heartbeat!!

The house was absolutely immaculate on arrival. So much space for us having 3 small kids. Beds very comfortable- Everything we needed there, 2 bathrooms, well equipped kitchen, tvs, Wi-Fi. The donkey and pony made our holiday for our boys. We will definitely be back

Great stay in lovely Leitrim

Spacious property, lovely location, beautiful views over the lake. Great wifi, small but well-equipped kitchen. Our kids loved the pony and donkey in the opposite field. 5 minute walk to pub/restaurant which was so handy (check seasonal opening times).

No towels provided unless you request them at a charge of €1.50 each. Never come across anything like this before, it was offputting.

Great location. 3km from Ballinamore. Flat cycle route into the town via canal was close by & 6min walk from Drumcoura horseriding. Delighted to have found this spot.

Minor, but could have done with a couple more cooking utensils, knives for preparing dinner. All other things, like wi-fi code, how to put heating on etc were self explanatory for us, but others might require a little note or guidance on the same & recycling & bins. That being said, owner could also be phoned if there was an issue, which there was not for us.

Nice and cosy.

The area was beautiful, very peaceful and quiet. Although we did not meet the host Irene in person, she was very prompt answering texts and very helpful.

The property could do with some updating, especially in the kitchen area. The sink plug in kitchen didn't fit properly, bulbs gone in some of the lights. This did not detract from our stay however and would not stop me from booking again.

Peaceful and quiet. My young daughter loved having the pony and donkey as neighbors. Excellent value for money, as a couple of families could share the cost. Lovely host's. A gorgeous get away to really relax and rest. Just what we needed and we can't wait to return soon.

A very good location for exploring the surrounding area and experiencing Drumcoura City.

the Bungalow was in a very good location and the Bungalow was well laid out with most utensils you would need

there were a few issues with cooking dishes and spoons, and a couple of radiators could have been bled but couldn't find radiator key but these were very minor detail which didn't detract from an enjoyable weekend away.
