Ground Floor
On the ground floor is the sitting & dining room with smart tv (guests own personal login details required), electric feature fire, large sofa and comfy cuddle chair and a large dining table and chairs.
A step up from the dining area takes you to the fully equipped kitchen where you will find:

* Dishwasher integrated
* Washer/dryer integrated
* Induction hob
* Oven with grill
* Kettle
* Toaster
* Iron
* Ironing Board
* Microwave
* Nespresso coffee machine
* All crockery, cutlery and cooking essentials.
Garden
From the kitchen you have access to the outside garden, a beautiful suntrap, with ambient lighting and an outdoor L shaped all weather sofa and table where you can enjoy your morning coffee or glass of wine in the evening!
First Floor
There are two bedrooms on this floor both with king-size beds, smart tv’s (guests own personal login details required) wardrobes, hairdryers & straighteners. Also located on the first floor are the bathrooms, one of which is ensuite.
Second Floor
Is where you will find the third bedroom, with dressing area, king-size bed, smart tv (guests own personal login details required), hairdryers & straighteners.
We are dog friendly, a maximum of two, and they must be added at time of booking.
Cots are also provided, and we ask that you message upon booking if required.
