Location was perfect in the centre of everything, and on the river. Kitchen fully equipped Towels
A dressing table near a socket, and a lamp to light the area, would be useful for doing hair. I dried my hair in an awkward position after moving everything and makeup was done under a desk lamp, not able to do so in the bedroom or bathroom No shelf in the shower to put shampoo, conditioner, etc. Freezer full of ice and somebody else's food, not been checked

The house was fully equipped with everything you could need. The rooms were spacious and of high specification. The views of the river were amazing. Beds were comfortable and towels, loo roll, tea, coffee and milk were available. It was a nice quiet area with safe secure parking and a very short walk into the town. Thank you for one of the best places we have ever stayed in.

The accomodation is great and a great location. Near to pubs cafes and a good starting point for walks. Lots of stairs but we are all in 70's and found it no problems
It took me a while to get used to the gate locks but experts now in readiness for our next visit

The location is great, near the heart of the town, on the banks of the River Severn.
The parking facilities are extremely limited. In a property capable of seven guests, there is in reality one parking space. Housekeeping and maintenance need an upgrade; the kitchen table (leg) was badly soiled when we arrived, the kitchen worktop is broken, one hob on the cooker didn't work,the bathrooms need a deep clean, and several curtains need rehanging.
There is no attempt a a guest welcome, not even by way of email, just access instructions and a whole list of "thou shall nots". Two dishwasher tablets were provided???
Edit following "Property response"
I incorrectly referred to the "apartment" it is actually a townhouse on three floors. Ground floor - kitchen and toilet, first floor - living room and bedroom + ensuite, second floor - bedroom + ensuite and one double + one single bedroom.
Parking: The joining instructions advise that there is one guaranteed space, and one on a first-come-first-served basis.
Cooker ring: This was advised in the joining instructions but no attempt make to rectify.. This didn't make it any less inconvenient in a self-catering facility, in which we had arranged to dine in on our two evenings. As such, worthy of comment.
Dishwasher tablets: Our stay was for two nights, plus breakfast on the day of departure. Counting out such items based on the (incorrect) length of stay seems to reinforce my impression of the welcome received.
I didn't feel my review was unduly critical or pedantic. It is given to provide prospective guests with my impressions. If the points raised are of no concern to such people, they would obviously ignore them.
