Very good location, lovely house. Plenty of room to sit, although a bit of a squash around the dining table. Fantastic bedrooms for size and comfort. Ideal for walking into town, you don't have to walk the road way, there is a canal path straight across the park and to the left.

Could do with updating, especially downstairs. Bedrooms were lovely plenty of room. Downstairs doors kept slamming, no wedges to keep them open. You had difficulty getting into the downstairs toilet if the lounge door was shut. The bathroom shower took a long time to drain away the water. A large stain on the lounge ceiling. Had to jiggle the front door key to open the door. Only one side of the toaster worked. The garden needs attention, one very sad looking chair out there.
