4 Bedroom Town House with Parking

Location, large bedrooms, nicely furnished.

Compromised parking, the property is on a modern estate, narrow congested roads, cars crammed everywhere, including the properties dedicated parking! Much smaller than the photographs suggest.

The town house was very nice with all facilities.

There was a distinct lack of wardrobe space. Even hanging rails would have been acceptable. Also we booked the house from 4pm and we were not given the keycode until 3.51 a nd only then because I rang the office for it.

Location wasn't 10 minutes walk more like 20 plus long trek into Town

Good location, great pub at the end of the road (The Dolphin) and it had plenty of space in the house for the 4 of us. Beds were very comfortable with new mattresses.

It was dirty. Black mould on the windows, inside the windows hadn’t been cleaned for a long time. Floor downstairs was dirt, (there was rubbish under one of the sofas) crockery etc was missing from inventory (not enough mugs) we had to wash the glasses before we used them. Overall it felt like a place that was being maintained on the cheap. The management company did offer an in stay clean when we reported this, but who needs cleaners coming into a house you are in for 3 days. Too disruptive. This place needs a 6 hour deep clean. Water pressure is poor, can’t use both showers at the same time.
