Nice location, house needs a deep clean.

Good location, great pub at the end of the road (The Dolphin) and it had plenty of space in the house for the 4 of us. Beds were very comfortable with new mattresses.

It was dirty. Black mould on the windows, inside the windows hadn’t been cleaned for a long time. Floor downstairs was dirt, (there was rubbish under one of the sofas) crockery etc was missing from inventory (not enough mugs) we had to wash the glasses before we used them. Overall it felt like a place that was being maintained on the cheap. The management company did offer an in stay clean when we reported this, but who needs cleaners coming into a house you are in for 3 days. Too disruptive. This place needs a 6 hour deep clean. Water pressure is poor, can’t use both showers at the same time.

Overall an enjoyable stay which met our needs.

Great location. A 10 minutes brisk walk to the railway station and into town centre. Clean and equipped well. Two dedicated parking spaces. Easy access. Excellent communication with the owner/agent.

The property did get cold and the radiator covers blocked the heat. Bed mattresses and pillows comfortable but the quilts were thin and there were no additional blankets.

Perfect for a weekend with friends

Lovely spacious and comfortable place for our group of 4 to.meet for a weekend away. Really great location, close to the town centre. Cosy bedrooms and spacious bathrooms.

Minor niggle that the shower water pressure was a little on the low side.

Lovely house in convenient location to Shrewsbury centre

Location - close to town centre. Nice comfortable house.

Difficult to get in and out of the downstairs loo as the adjacent lounge door is at an angle to it and you have to leave the lounge door open to aid getting in and out of the loo door, though the does bend right back to get in and out from the front door side.

Really very nice place to stay. Close to town and close to the wonderful FlaxMill for coffee and brunch. The below snags are minor but worth pointing out as there does not seem anywhere else to note them. I would stay again but not use the single room!

Single bed mattress was very bad quality. This really needs to be replaced. Such as shame as the other beds were good. Kickerboard under dishwasher has swollen and and catches when opening/closing dishwasher door. Roller blind stays for cord are not properly fixed to wall in back bedroom first floor. Bathroom on second floor is very cold. Some lights need attention as they are not working: single bedroom central lights flickers unacceptably; light in 2nd floor bathroom near window is not working; light in kitchen over sink not working. Fix these and the place will be excellent!

Very lovely house close to Shrewsbury town centre- which had more to offer than we expected! Parking for two cars outside was very useful. The dining room/conservatory was very very pretty! On our second day our grandchildren (4&7) asked to have dinner in the house rather than going out, coz they loved the room so much. The kitchen equipment was good enough to cook a roast dinner for 6 - grandma style! There were enough chopsticks for 15 people! It was cold in the morning for breakfast but after 5/10 mins with the heater on, it was cozy. (Oct/Nov)

My only complaint would be that the skirting/kick board at the front of the dishwasher needs trimmed. I had to push hard to get the dishwasher opened and closed. (There were lots of glass ornaments which we hid in wardrobes to avoid any ‘mishaps’ with our grandchildren 😀)

Great House conveniently situated

Property was clean, well equipped and a short stroll to the town centre. Parking for 2 cars immediately in front of the house was great.

Mattress on the bed in the master bedroom was a little soft for us but that's just personal preference.

Overall a great place to stay and easy to get into town. I’d definitely stay again.

Location was great. The house had a beautiful style and comfortable.

We were staying there with 2 small children and there were a lot of delicate items around so we had to tread with caution. The dining table is in the conservatory so it was cold in the morning.
