Very pleasant stay at a well renovated apartment in a convenient location.
Renovated apartment. Very good kitchen and many cooking utensils. Ground floor and car park just outside apartment. Close enough to walk to beach and walk lungomare to Lerici. Supermarket a short walk. Host is very accommodating.

Апартаменти знаходять в зручному місці за 350 м від пляжу. Нас зустріли чисто прибрані кімнати ,свіжі рушники і білизна. Кухня облаштована усім необхідним для приготування їжі. Техніка і меблі нові у сучасному стилі. Господарь навіть передбачив парасольку для пляжу. Є невелика тераса але не вистачало приватності. Дуже зручне розміщення якщо ви на власному авто Машина весь час була під боком. Піша доступність до двох пляжів , ввечері можна прогулятися по великій морській набережній. Загалом локація дуже сподобалась.
У нас з власником виникло непорозуміння з приводу оплати додаткових послуг. Туристичний збір 4євро з особи , за прибрання окрема плата і ще окремо плата за використану електроенергію. Ми врешті залагодили цю ситуацію. Але варто було включити у вартість апартаментів електроенергю і прибирання.
