Lerici D'amare a 3 min a piedi dalla spiaggia

Mieszkanie jest w pełni wyposażone, posiada balkon oraz klimatyzację, co znacznie podnosi komfort pobytu. Przed blokiem znajduje się parking ze szlabanem, na którym przez cały pobyt nigdy nie mieliśmy problemu ze znalezieniem miejsca. Dużym atutem jest również lokalizacja – w bardzo bliskiej odległości znajduje się plaża, a także market, sklepy, piekarnia, restauracje oraz przystanek autobusowy. Największym atutem tego miejsca jest jednak właściciel – niezwykle pomocny, życzliwy i gościnny. Dzięki jego zaangażowaniu czuliśmy się bardzo zaopiekowani i zupełnie jak 'u siebie' :) Serdecznie polecamy!

I don't really want to write this review because more people will use this listing. & make it too popular. This is not the most luxurious or biggest apartment that exists, it is not perfect either, but it just nails every practical need you can imagine. You visit this area to get a taste of real Italian life. As a tourist I was the odd one out, you get to mix with locals every day. This apartment has a touch of retro which is charming and befits the location very well. Huge tall ceilings, loads of natural light and while there is not a view of the ocean you do get this stunning vista of pastel coloured buildings and the surrounding hinterland. You get to hear the chatter from other apartments, the birds chirping away and a fresh ocean breeze. It has everything you need - saucepans, plates, cutlery etc with plenty of space to cook or eat, even out on the little balcony. You can wash your own clothes, relax in the living room to watch TV or cook up a storm. When you are done you can stroll a few metres and meander through the village, along the beach and even to the nearby towns within minutes. You have lots of choices of places to eat, supermarket, baker, coffee and more. It is practical, relaxing and I'll warn you, it will make you want to stay longer.

You will realise what you are missing out on by not living in Italy and it will create emotional anxiety. The mattress is probably getting close to its used by date and needs replacing.

Posizione estremamente comoda sia per la spiaggia, che per il supermercato situato dall'altra parte della strada. Non si può chiedere di più. Spiagge belle e accessibili. Alloggio grande l'ideale per una famiglia, con tutti i confort. Franco personale speciale.

Дуже красива локація , до моря 3 хвилини йти красивими вулицями . Навпроти апартаментів є магазин . Пляж безкоштовний . Також є можливість взяти шезлонги в оренду на пляжі . Дуже приємний господар помешкання . Обовʼязково повернемось ще .
