A stone's throw from the beach and the suggestive promenade that connects the castle of San Terenzo to that of Lerici, the structure represents the ideal base for those who want to relax by the sea or visit the beautiful '"Gulf of poets" and the nearby 5 Terre.
For a seaside stay San Terenzo offers the maximum variety of choice: from fine sand, to pebble beach, to the rocks that slope towards the sea. The central beach of the village (just 50 meters from the structure) is divided into a free part and a free part equipped with the possibility of renting umbrellas, deckchairs, canoes, pedal boats. A few minutes walk are also available free beaches and bathing establishments.
Located in the heart of the "Gulf of Poets", facing south and protected by the hills to the north, San Terenzo enjoys a mild climate during both the summer and winter seasons and offers the opportunity to carry out various sports activities. The Casa al Mare is easily reachable both by car and by bus (the bus stops for the La Spezia Centrale station and the Sarzana station are located 50 meters from the property).
