The property was clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff were beyond exceptional! They were attentive, always had a smile and went out of their way to assist with any needs or questions!

This is not a negative, totally against them, finding the property was a bit difficult, however it was late and we did not call and talk to the hotel staff prior to leaving the airport. But when we called on WhatsApp, they answered and directed us turn by turn all the way to the gate, even though it was 3am!

Amazing stay

The staff was awesome, always taking care of us, the localisation was great for the airport and the place is really pretty. The dog was also really cute.

Extreme noise. People talks outside almost until in the morning and no sound insolation in the rooms. We almost didn’t sleep at all for entire night

Great to use as an airport hotel for a short stay

Perfectly good hotel for a short stay. We used this place as an airport hotel as we had a flight to catch the next day from NLU Airport and it exceeded expectations. The staff are incredibly welcoming, the room was clean and all basic amenities were provided (water, fresh towels, bath mat etc). The property is a little bit on the old side and the location is a bit remote but the staff go out of their way to make you feel at home.

Location can feel remote but again this is good for a short stay.

Perfect stay close to the airport

It is a simple hotel but very clean and close to the airport NLU. The owner made diner for us which was really good. She gave us also a bigger room because we were with 4 people.

Very kind people and a decent safe place to stay

We felt very safe inside the compound and it was quiet with very pleasant hosts! The owner made special arrangements for us to get dinner at the nearby restaurant even though it was closed that day and we appreciated them accommodating us very much!! It has a little store right next door to get snacks and beverages which was very convenient.

My room didn’t have a proper desk or table for a work station, although my friends next door did have one…

Lovely apartment blocks, exceptional staff!

The staff here were so so helpful and kind - they sorted a taxi to pick me up and drop me back at the airport at unsociable hours and I am extremely grateful to them! Lovely room with everything you might need - including water, towels, soap etc! Thank you so much for a great stay and rest between my flights!

The staff are really friendly Mexican ladies and San Lucas is a very small, cute little town. I stayed there one night when I was flying from AIFA airport the next morning. It was perfect!

Need Uber for AIFA, can't walk across military base. Best to stay in CDMX and take morning bus direct to airport from terminal.

Grata sorpresa al llegar a La Palma no solo por el alojamiento en si si no por la amabilidad de las personas que trabajan allí. Sólo pasamos una noche pero nos trataron 10/10. Gestionaron la recogida y transporte al aeropuerto sin taxis, fueron ellos los que se encargaron. Allí cuentan con un comedor/cocina con un horario muy amplio donde puedes pedir platillos. La habitación estuvo bien, muy limpia y amplia. Está cerca del aeropuerto.

Sehr schöne Airport-Unterkunft

Eine sehr gepflegte Unterkunft in der Nähe des Airports. Die Zimmer sind schön und gemütlich, alles sauber und gut ausgestattet. Man hat uns einen Transfer zum Airport am nächsten Morgen organisiert und es hat alles reibungslos geklappt. Bei Ankunft abends konnten wir in der Cafeteria der Unterkunft noch etwas warmes zu essen bekommen, diese hat bis 21 Uhr geöffnet und es hat sehr lecker geschmeckt, Getränke kann man dort auch kaufen. Tee, Kaffee und Kekse gibt es kostenfrei Das Personal war sehr freundlich, hat zum Teil sehr gut englisch gesprochen und war sehr proaktiv. Es gibt wirklich nichts negatives zu sagen

La puerta de la habitación que nos tocó tiene una pequeña parte traslúcida por la que entraba mucha luz por la noche.

Este alojamiento no tiene calidad para viajeros internacionales - es demasiado rústico y falto de comodidades como calefacción . El precio booking.com (50 dólares más 20 de upgrade ???) era mayor que el precio de carpeta ( rack rate) de 712 MXP ( 35 dólares) La distancia del aeropuerto es 30 minutos
